Year Purchased: 2005
I am very interested in property, it is both a hobby and job for me. I enjoy Lake Vermilion and since I cannot be at this cabin as much as I would like, it makes me more content if this beautiful and unique property can be used by others.
Why the Owner Chose Cook
The piece of property was originally bought without the cabin and the cabin was just recently built. The property is very unique in that it sits on a point by itself, allowing for excellent privacy and great views. There is also a big front lawn, perfect for family activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
You cannot beat the privacy this cabin offers. Very few other cabins on the lake have as much privacy as this cabin. This cabin is also very close to some great fishing--only five minutes away. The walk-out basement if great for sleeping extra people. It also has its own bathroom.
