After a relaxing day at the beach you come home to beautiful sunsets on the patio while listening to the waves crash into the sand. The gourmet kitchen and ocean view dining area offer options for home cooked meals, or you are just steps away from restaurants, bars, massage, and shops.
The home is furnished with high end furnishings. The property is three levels. Bottom level is two bedrooms, full bath with dual sinks, laundry room. One bedroom has bunk beds with a full bunk on the bottom. The other bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV and private outdoor zen patio perfect for coffee in the morning. The middle level features the entry, garage level, and master bedroom with queen bed and partial ocean views, flat screen television. The private master bathroom has dual sinks separate bath and shower. The upper level features stunning ocean views from living room and dining room. Private balcony with ocean views from Malibu to Catalina perfect for dining outdoors and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 4th bedroom are also upstairs. The 4th bedroom is currently used as a media room with flat screen and DVD. It has a chaise sofa and an aero bed can be used for additional sleeping arrangements. The property is fully equipped for the beach and includes surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, bikes. You can walk to everything. Market, beach, restaurants, massage... all within minutes!
