  I recently vacationed at Atlantis Villas with 14 other people. The condo was absolutely perfect for everything we needed. The rooms all were a good size, some with King size beds and some with two queens. This gave us a variety of sharing rooms and sharing beds. The rooms all were a great size with flat screen tv's in each room. Most rooms had a door right outside to the wrap around balcony. Each floor had a balcony which was nice to sit outside and hang out. The bathrooms were beautiful with jetted tubs and two sinks! This made it very convenient and easy when getting ready for the night. The kitchen area was very spacious with nice black granite and a huge fridge and freezer. This allowed us to buy food for the entire week and have it all fit without a problem! There was also plenty of sitting room for meals. The pool table and big screen tv was perfect to hang out in when the weather was a little hazy. The hot tub and pool area were private to the condo and the condo had a straight path right to the beach. We were able to walk right outside and take plenty of walks down the beach. The condo is a perfect drive from nice restaurants and the night life. It was a $5 per person cab drive to anywhere we wanted to go for the day/night. The condo suited us for our every need during this vacation. I will be returning and I know everyone I vacationed with is excited to go back and enjoy another week in North Myrtle Beach. The owner was excellent as well. She helped us out with any questions we had through out the week. I would highly recommend it to any big group of people looking to vacation. Fun and relaxing, the condo made us all feel like we were right at home!

  We just recently stayed at Atlantis and had a wonderful experience. We had two other families vacationing with us and found the condo to be very clean and well equipped with towels. All appliances worked well for us and the condo layout was perfect for three families. The main level has an open kitchen with a granite island long enough for all of us to sit and enjoy. Condo is convenient to nice restaraunts and lots of activities for the kids. Beach area is clean and not too crowded. We would definately rent again. Owner made our vacation easy!!

  I have been coming to Myrtle Beach the last 5 years this place I would never rent again, it was dirty! When turning on ceiling fans dust flew off these should be dusted every week, bathrooms not very clean, rugs were dirty and stained, beds were very uncomfortable, kitchen was okay but cabinet door was broken and should have been repaired before we arrived. The keys to the pool area never worked and had to bother other guests to let us in need less to say we were not the only family not happy. I suggest new rugs and funiture and painting and a better cleaning crew it should be treated like cleaning your own home. Although I do like North Myrtle Beach area I wouldn't go back here to this unit again I'm really sorry to say that!

  My family and I just returned for a very relaxing, enjoyable week at your property. There were 18 of us all together and the place was well suited for that big of a family. We enjoyed being away from the hustle of downtown Myrtle Beach that is why we choice North Myrtle. The kids were able to go from ocean, to pool, to condo together without having to worry about traffic and congestion. The kitchen is well suited for cooking in. We actually had all but 2 meals there at the condo. We have a couple of guys that love being chef and they enjoyed the fact of having the grills to cook out on. We plan on contacting you the first of the year to book our vacation next year at your place. Again, thank you so much for a very enjoyable week!!

  I work in customer service so I know how important it is to give feed back whether good or bad. First of all I want to stress that this was a family vacation – we had 23 people total with 8 of them being kids ranging from 1 year to 13 yrs old. The first family vacation in many years and everyone was as anxious and as excited as you can imagine. We arrived in N Myrtle to get our keys and check in at the OVDR office only to find out the house has been transferred to another office – Elliott Realty ( it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time!) We had to drive 5 miles back the way we came. Finally getting our keys we were told to go ahead and check in since housekeeping was finished. We were excited to get to check in early since everyone was tired and hungry from the 4 hour drive. We arrived at the house only to find that the cleaning crew was still there! The beds and bathrooms were clean though the carpets were dirty and stained. Closets were messy and looked as though the extra blankets and sheets were just thrown in there. One room – on the 3rd floor – had so many blankets shoved in there the doors wouldn’t close. Also it would have been nice to have some extra pillows – one pillow per person was not enough. My room on the third floor still had a bag of trash sitting in the closet. The main level stone floors were VERY dirty and looked like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks. Our feet got so dirty from stepping on the floor we had to put socks on. The floor in the living room area was so gritty with sand I had to find the broom to sweep the floor – I was not impressed this being only day 1 and only in the first hour of our vacation! The sofas were not very comfortable and were old and dirty– had to use bed sheets to cover them just so we could sit on them and feel “clean”. The kitchen was ok and relatively clean. The garbage disposal did NOT work and I had to call to get someone to come out to “fix” it. Which, by the way, the guest information book needs to be updated with correct contact information. These little details do help when one is frustrated! I finally had to call 411 to get Elliot’s phone number. The garbage disposal worked for a day and then stopped working again the day before we left. The freezer also stopped working the day before we left – all of our food we had in the freezer MELTED. Water leaked from beneath the 2 fridges. I was not impressed with this house at all! Hope others have better luck!

  Owner response: We have made changes this year to make each vistors stay the best it can be, the tile floors and sofas were Professionally cleaned the next day after i recived notice of the issue. All other issues have been address and corrected.

  We enjoyed our stay at 301 Atlantis Villas. We had 18 family members on vacation. The bedrooms were nice size and the bathrooms were great. The main floor was good for a large group. For a place for 20 people I would strongly suggest to add more cookware in better condition, more dinnerware, plates, cups and glasses. We were always having to wash dishes. The game room was great and the fact that all bedrooms had tv's helped too. It was very comfortable place and was in enjoyed by all.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
