Immaculately clean, cozy and tastefully decorated home in a quiet residential neighborhood just over one mile to either Hardings or Ridgevale Beaches. A short walk (about 1/4 mile) will bring you to restaurants, shopping, post office and gas station. Drive or bike the Cape Cod Bike Trail two miles into town.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV and DVD player. The second TV and VCR are in the den. Kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a glass top stove. Two of the bedrooms are freshly painted with new quilts.
Each of the three bedrooms have window air conditioners as well as fans. Pine floors throughout the first floor add to the cozy, warm ambiance. Large open deck has a gas grill and deck furniture. There is parking space for several cars as well as a boat. Games and beach chairs are included.

Wonderful vacation house. It was in a great location. Off the main road so there was little traffic but still very close to the beach and shopping. There is always something to do in Chatham from a baseball game to music on the square. The house itself had everything we needed from a washer and dryer, to games to play with the kids. The house was warm welcoming and best of all very clean. The owners were easy to deal with and very helpful having numbers and suggestions of places to go. I really felt like it was going home without the stress of "real" life.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
