The “Chocolate Shop” Apartment
We are the owners of The Chocolatier of Hammondsport at 69 Shethar St.
Our 2 bedroom apt at 42 Lake St is fully equipped, and around the corner from our store.
The apartment consists of a living room with decorative fireplace, a couch that converts to a bed, a rattan love seat and 2 others chairs. The kitchen has a gas stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and table with 6 chairs. There are pots and pans, dinner and lunch dishes, coffee cups, iced beverage glasses, wine glasses and a full set of cooking and eating utensils. There is a large bedroom with a reading nook with recliner, Queen size bed and a dresser.
There are also 2 closets and a large, built-in dresser. The smaller bedroom has a futon that opens to a double bed and a wicker chair and table and dresser. The full bath has a tub with shower. Cable TV, VCR and DVD are in the living room.
Our complete weekly rate is $895.00 and our monthly rate is $2,900.00

You’re on vacation - no need to do laundry or cleaning - So, unlike most weekly rentals, we offer high thread count linens, 100% cotton towels, and all regular cleaning is included. Everything is here so you can have a home-cooked meal if you’d like, but there are many fine restaurants in the immediate area, as well as pizza and sub shop. AND, of course, there’s a $25.00 gift certificate to our Chocolatier with every weekly rental- to make your vacation extra sweet! |
