This newly remodeled home at Crescent Bay in North Laguna affords visitors a stay at one of Laguna's most scenic coves, and is a stones throw away from the ocean. Out the door, down the steps and you are on the beach at one of the nicest beaches in Laguna. Newly remodeled, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a private studio downstairs with a kitchen and bathroom that can serve as a nanny's quarters, an extra bedroom for a guest or just for those wanting extra privacy. It has its own entrance too. There are stunning ocean views from the dining room, living room, studio, and kitchen as well as from the deck. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and upgraded. It is fully stocked for your cooking and barbequeing needs. The house also has two gas grills (the new one on the deck is a 75,000 BTU with a searing burner for steaks and seafood!) that provide you with wonderful outside grilling on the front deck or backyard patio area. The new oversized driveway, and an enclosed garage, offer ample off street parking at a beach where parking is at a premium. There is an outside foot and head shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The deck overlooks Crescent Bay and has stunning views of Laguna's famous Seal and Bird Rocks, and Catalina Island. It is also a great location for whale watching, listening to the seals or to watch area dolphins cruise the bay and enjoy a sunset. You have WI-FI, satellite cable, and a new 52" LCD Sony Bravia Home Theatre System for watching a movie or listening to music. The house is perfect for a family getaway you have always dreamed of. What is especially wonderful is that its location has easy access to the freeway systems that connect with any tourist attraction you may want to visit.
