  The Good: Condo was very clean. Pictures described property well. Short walk to beach. About 500ft or a half a block. The rates were reasonable and the owner seemed very professional. Many of the other condos in area were several hundred dollars more. No scams here, you get what you see. Only complaint was the following: No toilet paper in condo on arrival, no paper towels, one trash bag, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, ect. So when you get here youll have to go straight to the store and buy all the basics, or bring it with you. Beaches are great, traffic sucks, shopping and restraunt gallore. Outlet malls close by. Did I say shopping gallore? Name a store and its down the road. Our favorite things in area: Drive to the Destin Harbor area, go over the bridge. As soon as you get over the bridge, do a U-Turn and find the small access road to the parking area by the bridge. If you like to snorkel or shell, this is a great area for the family. There are tons of hermit crabs walking around in the shallows under and around the bridge. People were renting pontoons to come over here and park, when you can drive for free. We also drove to vortex springs. An absolute blast for the kids. Visit there website and see if its for you. If you go, rent a 15 dollar wetsuit. Best 15 bucks we spent. Its an hour drive but a good break from the salt water and Destin area. Trust these people. But bring your own TP. Thank you for the memories.

  The location was great as was the condo. Everything was as described and we took full advantage of the swimming pool and beach toys provided. It was close to the beach (within walking distance) but far enough off the main road. This section of the beach is just gorgeous and I would return again in a heartbeat!

  We stayed in this condo last year and it was perfect! Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The walk to the beach was very short, and the area is very quiet. The owner was extremely easy to work with, which is not always the case when you rent from an individual. We will try to stay here every year from now on.

  We loved staying here - it was perfect for our two little ones (4 and 1 year). The pool was awesome for our girls - it was clean and we always had it to ourselves. The beach is an EXTREMELY short walk away and is gorgeous as well (and no, we did not see any oil on the beach). The location is great - far enough away from the big commercial resorts, yet close to restaurants and things to do. We'd recommend Moto Sushi for a wonderful, casual dining experience - the kids loved it, too. The condo was clean, beautiful, and met all our expectations. It was especially nice to have an extra room for the kids - we are so often crammed into one room when we travel, it was nice to have space for everyone. Thanks for a beautiful long weekend!
