We completed a $50,000 remodeling project on our unit in May of 2008. This is the most beautiful place in the Sandprints complex. The first thing you will notice when you walk in the door is how the living room and kitchen are so open and airy. The entire first floor has been tiled. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an Italian designer-tile back splash, a beautiful stainless steel sink with high-end brushed silver faucets and matching light fixtures. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player, which can be viewed from the living room, dining room or the kitchen. All 3 bathrooms are tiled with granite counter tops and inset sinks. The two showers have been tiled from floor to ceiling with an Italian designer-tile look and feel. All rooms have been freshly painted, crown molding, eight inch base boards with pocket lighting throughout the unit. A flat screen TV and DVD has been installed in the master bedroom and a regular TV is in the guest bedroom. New carpeting has been added to the second floor. So far, the reviews have been outstanding.

Well, our beautifully furnished and well maintained condo is just the place for you to experience all this and more!!
From our private patio off the kitchen, enjoy your morning coffee and in the evening your marguerita watching the beautiful sunset. Just one short walking block is the public beach offering chaise lounges, umbrellas, clean restrooms and showers also adjacent is the famous Pompano Joe Restaurant and Tiki Bar Grill. If the pool is more your choice, the unit overlooks this area which is complete with tables, chaise lounges, umbrellas and restrooms. Either case...all you need is your towel and suntan lotion. We fell in love with the most beautiful beach in the world. The water is a deep emerald green. The sands are powdery white that glissen in the sunlight. And such spectacular sunsets. Nothing beats Miramar Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides the beautiful beach that is just a block from our condo, the famous Pompano Joe restaurant is a few steps away where you can get a fabulous marguerita, a sandwich or full dinner. There are also lounge chairs with umbrellas for a small fee of the day or a few hours. There are just about any kind of stores you can name, from a Wallmart to Chico's and the like. All kinds of sports are close by, fishing, parasailing, golfing, tennis, etc.

The location was great as was the condo. Everything was as described and we took full advantage of the swimming pool and beach toys provided. It was close to the beach (within walking distance) but far enough off the main road. This section of the beach is just gorgeous and I would return again in a heartbeat!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this condo last year and it was perfect! Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The walk to the beach was very short, and the area is very quiet. The owner was extremely easy to work with, which is not always the case when you rent from an individual. We will try to stay here every year from now on.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We loved staying here - it was perfect for our two little ones (4 and 1 year). The pool was awesome for our girls - it was clean and we always had it to ourselves. The beach is an EXTREMELY short walk away and is gorgeous as well (and no, we did not see any oil on the beach). The location is great - far enough away from the big commercial resorts, yet close to restaurants and things to do. We'd recommend Moto Sushi for a wonderful, casual dining experience - the kids loved it, too. The condo was clean, beautiful, and met all our expectations. It was especially nice to have an extra room for the kids - we are so often crammed into one room when we travel, it was nice to have space for everyone. Thanks for a beautiful long weekend!
