Community pool, spa and barbeque area are across the street. The Master Suite has a pillow top king bed and includes a luxurious master bath and two large closets. The second bedroom has a pillow top queen bed with an adjoining full bathroom. Building has an elevator. Full laundry, 2 TV’s, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room, dining room and spacious living room.
Naples Lakes is a first class gated community boasting an award winning clubhouse featuring both fine and casual dining, men's and women's locker rooms, and fitness center all in easy walking distance from the condominium. Courts are available for tennis and the 18-hole par 72 Arnold Palmer signature golf course surrounded by 160 acres of natural preserve. Major golf course renovation is underway with an expected completion by November 2008.
A ten-minute drive from the condominium puts you either on pristine white-sand beaches or on Third and/or Fifth Avenues where the fine dining and shopping for which Naples is known are located. A small shopping plaza adjoining the community containing a PUBLIX food market, Blockbuster Video, dry cleaner, nail salon, and take-out restaurants.
The renter will be required to complete rental documents at time of reservation. The completion of this is subject to approval of Naples Lakes Country Club. Time is of the essence with respect to completion of all paperwork and receipt of the security/damage deposit as we are actively seeking renters for this time period. If the paperwork is not completed in a timely fashion or the damage deposit is not received as indicated below then the unit may be rented to another party. In addition to the amount due there is a $375 administrative fee to transfer the membership to Naples Lakes Country Club, a $100 cleaning fee for cleanup at the end of your stay, and 10% taxes due to the state and county. All paperwork must be submitted and approved 30 days prior to arrival.
