Kitchen area - Whitefish, Montana Vacation Newly renovated very clean condo within walking distance of all major amenities in downtown Whitefish. All new appliances through out. Whitefish has a population of approx 7000 people and is only 15 miles from Kalispell which has a population of 25,000. During the winter season Whitefish receives an enormous amount of snowfall(300" per year, 21" of rainfall per year as well) and Big Mountain offers 13 lifts including 2 high speed quads. In addition, there is also cat skiing, ice fishing ,snowmobile tours and other snow activities too numerous to mention. A free ski shuttle service is provided to Big Mountain on a daily basis during the ski season.
