We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely Cape Cod home. We were here for five days and they were the most enjoyable we have had in a long time. I felt I was staying on Cape Cod. I was totally in awe with your home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here. Everything was perfect.

We just returned from almost two months in The Monkey Cottage, while there we had kids, grandchildren, and lots of friends visit... everyone loved the house. The patio was the favorite place to gather, the flowers in the yard were spectacular, there was something beautiful blooming all summer. What a lovely and comfortable home. Gwendolyn help to arrange daily housekeeping and a chef which helped to make our summer one to remember. This is, by far, the absolute best rental to be found in Sun Valley. We are an extremely picky lot and have seen practically all of the rentals available. This house is absolutely precious and charming. Spacious and perfect for a family with children and grandparents alike- Gorgeous winter views from every window! We shall be returning as often as possible- A true gem!

Gwen, Good morning. I just wanted to check in with you and say a huge “Thank You” for allowing us to spend a fabulous week in your amazing home in Sun Valley. Our entire family had such a great time. Our boys loved the toy room, the TV near the bath downstairs (never had them begging for baths before), the huge yard, exploring the forest around the house, and riding their bikes up and down Wall Street. Your house is awesome. What a special place. You guys did such a great job on it. A great design, a great layout, perfectly decorated, it was just fabulous. Dear Gwen, Kathy and I wanted to be sure to extend our sincere thanks for the use of your lovely home during our recent ski vacation. We had a memorable time and enjoyed every minute. After seeing the many beautiful properties in Sun Valley, you certainly have one of the most perfect designs and locations (away from the congestion but close enough to easily enjoy the mountain). Both Kathy and I are now researching any opportunities to buy something in your area... just wish your home was in our budget.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. It sits on a private and very quiet street with easy access to the Big Wood River. The owners are wonderful people and very responsive. The photos speak for themselves!

This is the most luxurious family home we have ever stayed in. I brought my whole family and we were so at home and so comfortable. My favorite part was the kitchen. I wish I owned a house this beautiful, it was the best resort vacation I have ever had. we highly recommend it to anyone who loves Sun Valley. The owners are extremely wonderful.
