  My friends and I enjoyed this Cape May house immensely. It had everything we wanted with the added bonus of screened in porches and a new kitchen. Excellent sleeping accomodations, plenty of updated bathrooms, great bicycle ride to beach. I would highly recommend this house, great for decent size crowds. Owners fabulous to work with, professional and responsive. A great find and we plan to use this house again for our future vacation to Cape May.

  912 Corgie St. was within walking distance to town and the beach. We enjoyed the bicycles but the feature that made the place was the lovely screened in back porch which was large enough for our group to meet and talk. The third floor master suite was fantastic!!!

  Home provides an authenic Cape May vacation experience. Property clean, well, maintained, comfortable. What you see in the listing photos is what you get. Kitchen area well stocked for making meals and big enough for large family gatherings as it spills out onto screened side and back porch and an adjoining dining room. The 2 screened back porches are a great place for morning and evening gatherings; on a quiet night the sound of the surf can lull you to peace. Easy to get to beach; a pleasant walk to Washington Square and to many great restaurants. Owner available when needed; otherwise, extends a gracious, courteous, and private stay at this beautiful beach house where so many great family memories can be made year after year.

  This was a great place to stay with a larger group of people! We had 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog and there was lots of room! Very clean and functional. Great fenced in back yard. Great location .... on a quiet street close to the mall (easy walk) and beach (easy walk but a very easy drive if you have kids and beach gear to carry). Owners are super easy to work with and have great communication. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation!

  My family and I have been going to Cape May for years, but this was the first time we rented a house. Since we plannned on taking our dog we needed a pet friendly home. I knew it was the one for us as soon as I saw the photos. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and the new kitchen was amazing. It was stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed the back porch and used the smaller one of of the kitchen to have our morning coffee. The master suite on the third floor is gorgeous and it is perfect for an extended family. My grandsons love Cape May, and they had plenty of space to play. It was a short walk to the mall, but we took the car to the beach, since we had so many things to carry. I would recommend this home to everyone who enjoys stepping back in time with all the modern conveniences. The owner was welcoming, informative and easy to contact if we needed him. I would love to return to this lovely home for my next vacation.

  This is the second or third time we've rented this house and we LOVE it. It is perfect. We have a pretty large group with lots of kids and everyone has a blast. The yard is great for the kids, the screened in porch is the perfect place for morning coffee, after dinner drinks and just all-day lounging. The updated kitched is fabulous (we're all in love with the butcher block island) and the newly-opened third floor is luxurious. On top of everything, the owners are very cool, extremely helpful and just all-around great people. You can't go wrong with renting this home and will probably wind up like us, coming back as often as you're able.

  We rented this house last August and really enjoyed ourselves. Our group included parents, adult children and spouses and grandchildren (ages 4 and 1). We loved the back yard for the kids; the back porch was a wonderful place to relax and the kitchen was large and well-equipped. The master bedroom and a smaller room connecting to it, which worked well for the young kids and their parents. The house is a short walk to town and just a little longer walk to the beach. We brought a wagon to tote the kids and beach items and found it very helpful. There were bikes available at the property which was really nice. The owner was responsive and helpful and the house itself was clean and well kept.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  We loved the house on Corgie Street and loved being able to bring the family pet! We felt like we were living a little of the history of Cape May in this beautiful historic home! The kitchen was spacious and had everything you needed and we loved the screened in porch and side porch for morning coffee or just relaxing and reading! We will definitely consider this home again for a return trip to wonderful Cape May!

  We stayed in the cottage in July of 2011. We have vacationed in Cape May for many years and needed a larger home this year as we were having a family celebration and needed a home that could accommodate all of us. The house was extremely comfortable and larger than it appears on the website. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean when we arrived. We had three children under 10 in our party and we did not have to worry about minor spills as the house and furniture is "kid friendly". The kitchen is not super luxurious or ultra modern but it is spacious, well equipped, and we had many nice evenings around the island cooking and sharing a bottle of wine. It is just what you'd want in a beach house. The fenced yard was a huge bonus for both the kids and our dogs. It was the first year we were able to bring our labs on vacation and they had a great time as well! The location was terrific - a short walk to restaurants and shops. The beach was withinin reasonable walking distance though we chose to drive (with all of our gear) and found parking on the side street (without meters) to be very convenient. The owner was very attentive and the availability of the bikes and the beach tags were such a nice touch. We will definitely be back - even if we don't need all of the room. The comfortable home, convenience, and knowing we can bring the pets make this a real find. We have many great memories from our stay,

  This home was perfect for our family getaway. We ranged in age from 18 - 75 and all had a blast. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to the mall. We loved getting around on the bikes that the owner provided and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch on the back of the house. The owner was readily available by phone or e-mail. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives. All the restaurants were wonderful. We enjoyed Fresco's, Cucina Rosa, Washington Inn and Lobster House. Of course the teenagers loved the mall and and all the ice cream choices : )
