Master BD has a king-size bed, private bath, as well as a deck for quiet relaxation.
2nd BD has twin beds & shares Hallway bath.
3rd BD has twin beds (they can be converted to a king size bed upon request); all bedrooms have a TV and a DVD.
All one-floor living is offered by this elegant home. The oversized living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace & a wall of glass to the screened Porch; also, a view the local wildlife & the preserved maritime forest. If desired, the kitchen with all new appliances provides the ability to prepare & serve a full course meal.
This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with little traffic, in a residential area of Sea Pines Resort. Spacious, 2400 square feet.
Inside, the home offers more than beautifully decorated rooms. Luxurious living areas include FP, Phones, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, and a fully supplied Kitchen including a Moen Water Filter. Linens, Cookware and Utensils are provided. Extras include an Electric barbecue (once you have use it you will never go back to charcoal or gas), small library, five cable TVs, Four VCRs, Smoke-Free environment, 4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view and an Atrium Deck ready for dining.
Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and a children's playground. The larger Plantation Club Pool is easily accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride by car. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibouge Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches.

- Pet Friendly : We are pet Friendly and so is Hilton Head Island. There is a pet bakery at Coligny Plaza. There is also a pet park at the north end of the island. Beach Policy for Animal Regulations: April 1 - May 30 - Animals must be on a leash between 10 AM and 5 PM. May 30 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday after Labor Day - September 30 - Animals must be on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM. October 1 - April 1 - No leashes required at any time, however, your dog IS required to be under positive voice control. On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after their pets.

My family really enjoyed our week in this property. The house is comfortable and we really enjoyed the 4 free bikes. Although we were disappointed that we could not afford to be on the beach the location of this home is really perfect. We were very close to Harbour Town and South Beach and spent our days at the Sea Pines Beach Club which was a 5 minute drive. There was a pool and tennis courts in the neighborhood which we visited once. Great value for money. We received a 20% discount and felt that we got a deal.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a great place for a long weekend for our family! Plenty of room to spread out - even for 5 adults. The house was comfortably furnished with all the amenities. Only had to rent one bike since 4 adult bikes are included with the rental. We spent hours riding bikes, exploring the island, watching wildlife, and resting on the beach. My only complaint was that we didn't have longer to stay!

Really enjoyed our week in HHI. We have always rented a condo near South Beach but we really enjoyed this house. The weekly rate was less than the condo. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the free bikes. The bike ride to the beach took all of 10 minutes and we used the child carrier for our chairs and cooler! Loved Harbour Town at night for the kids. Will definitely rent this home again the next time we come to HHI.

Great Deal! Great floor plan for a family of six. The house is on a very quiet street and is centrally located. We love to bike. The house came with four adult bikes. 10 minute bike ride to Harbour Town and 15 minute bike ride to the Salty Dog. We loved lunch at the Beach Club over looking the ocean and cocktails in Harbour Town at the Quarter Deck.

My family and I stayed here over Spring break this year. What a wonderful house! Great location, plenty to do, a wonderful place to relax. We are already planning another trip back for the end of the summer!
