The property was spotless. The amenities were excellent, especially the kitchen and BBQ set up. The location of the property allowed for easy access to all our favorite golf courses and shopping. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next spring.

My wife & I had a great winter here, thanks to Pete for being so up front and easy to deal with. The weather this past winter was definately a bonus. We enjoyed many walks on the beach at Huntington State park thanks to the pass that was provided for our use.Lots of great golf courses within an easy 20 minute drive. The BBQ provided was also very nice. We would definitely come back here again, although not particularily suited for large groups, due to the lack of linen and dishes. The property was clean when we arrived and also when we left, and the whole of Coldstream Cove and surrounding areas are meticulously maintained. Thanks Pete for a great vacation, Jerry & Suzanne.

Everything was in tip-top shape when we arrived. The condo is everything as described in property details. Family of six including two teenage girls had plenty of space for togetherness as well as room to do your own thing. Weather was great-in the mid-seventies; two days of golf, one daytrip to Charleston, a day at the beach saoking up sun for a late fall tan, a Thanksgiving day feast at local restaurant, and lots of shopping on "Black" Friday. We hated to leave. Wished we could have stayed a month. Thanks for making your place available.

This was our second year using this Town home and plan to continue to use it for our annual girls getaway trip as long as we able to. We find that the town home is perfect for our group, it is spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us very comfortably. We love the fact that there is 3.5 bathrooms, it is well kept and is accurate to the description given in the listing. It is quiet, and in a great location for us since the friend we visit lives just down the road a few miles. The area has all the amenities any one could want, great shopping, golf courses, the state park, and wonderful restaurants, we especially like Sarah J'S, Drunken Jacks in Murrells Inlet and Pasratria 811 in near by Litchfield. Pete was great to work with on getting us all the information we needed to make our stay most enjoyable. Look forward to next year's trip and staying at Pete's place.

This is the second year in a row that we have used this property and once again, everything was perfect. The property is exceptional in both location and quality. We have been many places in the U.S. and this is much nicer than a typical condo. It is new and spacious, quiet, lovely area. No qualms about the layout or the neighborhood. For the money this is perfect. The only downside would be if you were wanting to be on the beach, but the free pass to the state park beach makes up for it. Thanks for a wonderful place, Pete.

We loved the townhouse. The listing and photos are accurate, and the place is kept clean. Big bedrooms, great kitchen, fun entertainment extras - we would definitely stay here again! The house is just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, etc., and we felt very much at home and relaxed. The residential area also felt safe and well-kept. Pete is quick and helpful in responding to any questions.

First, let me say that Pete was great with communication. The business end of everything was very easy. The description of the property is accurate and was perfect for our needs, daughter was pitching in the WFC Softball World Series in nearby Myrtle Beach (15 minutes to the fields). Location was great, close to everything. My family especially enjoyed the beach at Huntington State Park - having the pass was a nice touch. We were close enough to day trip to Charleston. We did have some rain and and used that time to enjoy the extensive movie collection and Wii. Unit was spacious and comfortable - all age levels were happy (kids and adults). The grocery store Lowes is just around the corner is new and modern. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We did enjoy the use of the condo and were able to watch some of the DVDs in the collection. I did notice that the carpet from the kitchen to the living room was dirty when we got there. Also the Gas grill had no propane in the tank, which I had to pay to fill. Needless to say I was blamed for the carpet and my deposit was not returned to me cause he said he needed to have the carpet cleaned. The security deposit was for damage not carpet cleaning. The linen closets were bare and only enough towels one per person. Had trouble figuring out the TV remotes very confusing. He said he would get back to me after having the carpet cleaned and I have never heard from him again. I emailed him several weeks ago and he has not responded. Needless to say, I won't be back and would not recommend renting this condo.
Owner response:Janette, I am sorry you feel this way. I try my best to please every guest we have as you can see but my reviews. I spent time on the phone with you and I believe your son helping you to get the TV on. I don’t understand why you didn’t make me aware of the carpet or the propane while I was on the phone with you?? My cleaners said everything was fine the Saturday before you arrived. I told you, I was charged an extra cleaning fee, I had to have the carpets cleaned, and you damaged the carpet. I also had to buy more towels when you left as well.

This condominium was the perfect place to relax after a day at the ocean or just out and about. The home is kept in great condition and in a very good neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet, removed from all of the business area's but close enough to grocery stores, etc. 5 minutes away. The pass to Huntington Beach State Park, is a definite plus. The beach is not crowed and lots of wildlife. The amenities of the home, such as the great selection of movies, the wii, gas grill and the pool were very enjoyable. I would recommend this vacation home and hope to return.

This town home is just perfect for that getaway to Myrtle Beach! This home has everything you need to have the most wonderful relaxing vacation. The spacious layout, room sizes, kitchen ammenities, TV's, Wii, DVD, Gas Grill, makes this the most relaxing place you could find. Coldstream Cove is perfect for everyone! Golfers can enjoy the multitude of courses close by, Indian Wells, Blackmoor, Wicked Stick, Indigo Creek, Legends, Waterway, or just walk over to the TPC course. Thera is shopping close by for the non-golfers at Broadway on the Beach, Tanger Outlet Malls, or Barefoot Landing, or the local flea market. The beach is close by for the kids, or spend the day at the nearby pool, or take them to the big water park. Evenings can be spent on the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet, enjoying the live music and great food at Drunkin Jacks, Dead Dog Saloon, Creek Rats and many more. We've been travelling to the Myrtle Beach area for the past 8 years, and are always drawn to Coldstream Cove in Murrells Inlet. I would highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed. The owner is very accommodating and very responsive, so if anything comes up during your stay, he can be reached. While staying here, make sure you make use of the State Park Pass (provided with the rental) and visit Huntington Beach State Park, then cross the street to Brook Green Gardens. There is just so much to do, once you book this home, you'll return for more. Dave & Pam

What a wonderful time we had visiting Murrells Inlet and the area. The townhouse was perfect, when we arrived it was clean, and met all our expectations, and then some. Best part, the out door grill. Area is lovely. We surely will stay here on our next visit to the "Myrtle Beach" area. Huntington State Park fantastic, Had some dinner and a lunch at Roz's rice cafe at the Hammock Shops, and also would recommend Bovine's in Murrell's Inlet. Would recommend this property to others.....

Reflecting on the week we spent at this wonderful townhome brings nothing but smiles. Everything was as depicted in the add. Very spacious and comfortable for family reunion. Beds very comfortable and level of privacy enhanced by the 3.5 bathrooms. Murrell's Inlet restaurant strip and availability of fresh seafood, especially oysters, was a daily delight. Nearness of beach (Huntington State Park), Brookgreen gardens (beautiful flowers), bike path adjacent to Rt 17, and golf availability were all enjoyed. The diner up the street has delicious food, great service and a nice old fashion soda fountain. Supermarkets convenient. Pete was great to work with and got our week off to a positive start when we were able to reach him to rent a day early from our original arrival date. Hope to return.

I found this townhouse to be neat, clean and well kept. The rooms and closets were huge. The accommodations were very spacious. The location was very convenient for golfing, shopping, traveling to the beach or Brookgreen Gardens. The close proximity to Charleston made day trips easy. The quietness away from Route 17 made sleeping great. A great house and location

Myrtle Beach was close by along with stores and shops. Golfing was close by as well. Our trip was certainly memorable and we wouldn't hesitate to return. The owner was helpful and accommodating.

This is the perfect place for a vacation stay. The townhouse was immaculate. The listing on the vrbo website gave me high expectations and I was still surprised at the quality of this property. It is located in one of the most beautiful places (Murrells Inlet) I have ever visited. The website was thoroughly precise in its directions and the pictures show the property accurately. The owner was more accomodating than was neccesary and was available for any questions I had instantly. This is a huge plus in my opinion. The property is new and well maintained. Everything inside was high quality and perfectly cleaned. The location is a short drive from restaurants (Carrabbas Italian is 3 or 4 miles toward Pawleys Island and was great). We had grocery stores close in the same area, convienience and gas less than a mile. If you play golf, the TPC was 5 star and stunning-and the clubhouse is within sight of the townhouse, maybe a driver away. The place comes with a pass to the state park beach which is maybe 5 miles away. It is removed but still only a short drive to anything you could need. Another thing I really thought was neat was that the place looks really safe because of the location. A quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area for any type of vacation. If you are coming for golf like we were, you simply can't beat it. Play the TPC and at least a couple of the Pawleys Island courses, they are neat and playable if a bit difficult. Thanks to Pete for making our vacation better than we expected!

We are a family of 5 that got to experience everything about this vacation gateway. We went to Myrtle Beach only 20 min. away. We picked up family at the airport, 15 min. away. We went to the pool. It was 1 min. away. Huntington Beach State Park is just 10 min. away. If you just want to relax at the house there was nothing that we needed from home that wasn't standard at this house. We even cooked on the gas grill. All appliances are up to date. Flat screen TV with a Wii game system. And to top it off a collection of current movies. We go to the movies often and there were titles we had not seen that were great picks. I hate telling all this because I want this house to be available when I book for next year, but Pete the owner was great and deserves all the exposure he can get for this best kept vacation secret.

The townhome was in a quiet cul de sac in the highly desirable area of Prince Creek just outside of the TPC golf course. The home is nicely furnished and well kept with all amenities, which made it feel like home. The listing description and photos were accurately depicted. The owner was easy to work with and we had no issues. We took advantage of the easy access to the pool in the community and Huntington State Park for a beach that wasn't immensely populated as compared to the strip at Myrtle Beach. Murrells Inlet restaurant row was our favorite nearby spot for food and drinks and it was great to be away from all the Myrtle Beach tourist destinations/traffic and about 30 minutes from Coastal Carolina University.

Just got back from my stay yesterday and I couldn't help but recommend this property to all my family and friends. We aren't big golfers so as we pulled up to the place and I was uncertain if it was the place for us, but my worries soon went away. From the pictures I was expecting a nice place, but as my family entered everyone just was shocked. The pictures did not do it any kind of justice so we didn't expect it to be so spacious and spotless [which was perfect for a bunch of neat freaks!] The pool was two blocks away and never had more than four people which were usually laying out so we always had it to ourselves, which was nice. The house is pretty close to activites, even though I wouldn't recommend walking. Myrtle Beach is 20 minutes down the road if there is not much traffic which was great, but most of the time we used the Huntington Beach State Park pass since it is 10 minutes from the house and wasn't ever crowded besides fourth of July which was a given. The pass saved us since it was $12 per person to get in. The house has everything you would need for a rainy day with kids from the collection of movies to the Wii. Pete the owner was a pleaser to do business with, any questions I had I would e-mail him and he would write back within less than a day.

I must say that the pictures do NOT do this townhouse justice. When we pulled into the community I knew right away that this was going to be our home away from home. The townhouse was spacious & was more than large enough for my family of 3. The kids enjoyed using the Wii and there were a ton of dvds to watch during our down time. Everything was clean. I enjoyed having the full size washer & dryer to keep up with our dirty laundry. Murrells Inlet is a great little community not too far from Myrtle Beach. I would most definitely recommend this property to a friend and/or relative. In fact, we are thinking about coming back next summer and staying there again.

We were extremely happy with the unit as it's very spacious and comfortable. We booked at the last minute and the owner went out of his way to make it happen from afar. Would recommend to anyone especially those who are going to play golf as it's maybe a 20 second ride to the TPC bag drop. Would certainly stay again. AAAA+++++++
