Number one Canterbury Woods rental at the Peek n Peak Resort for two years in a row. This is the only five bedroom Canterbury Woods vacation home. Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeps 21. This Condo is meant for large groups. It is located on the ski slopes and it has a view of the 9th tee at the front.
First floor: NEW large flat screen TV in living room, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with King and single sleeper sofa, full bath with walk-in shower and separate tub, washer and dryer and extra half bath. Living room has queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa.
Upper floor: Three bedrooms. First bedroom is an enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed. Second bedroom has pryamid bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. This bedroom also has another twin bed. Third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Full bath with double sinks.
Lower level: Walk out basement and ski right out your backdoor. Pool table, second living room, bedroom with full bed, full bath, second refrigerator and second dryer. Plenty of hooks and storage for ski/golf equipment.
To calculate total rates - multiple number of days times nightly rate(s). Multiply this number times 1.10775 to calculate the rent plus tax. Add $125 to this number.
50% payment required to secure rental. An additional $350 security deposit is required two weeks prior. You will be emailed your security code required to enter the home shortly before your stay. An additional one time cleaning fee of $125 is required. Checks and PayPal are accepted. If payment is made by PayPal, there will be a transaction fee of 3% added.
All resort amenities are available for our guests, including indoor/outdoor swimming pools/hot tub, sauna, fitness center, spa, putt putt, 2 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts and more. We will provide one adult pool card (10 uses per card) and one child pool card (10 uses per card). After the cards have been used, you can purchase additional pool passes at the resort.
LATE CHECKOUTS (6 PM) AND EARLY CHECK IN (8 AM) PROVIDING NO GUESTS ARE IN BEFORE OR AFTER YOU. THE RESORT DOES NOT OFFER THIS BENEFIT

We purchased our condo in 2004 when we lived in Brecksville, Ohio. We had been vacationing at Peek 'n Peak for many years prior to our purchase. We were particularly interested in finding a condo on the ski slopes with close proximity to the upper golf course. We found this one to be the perfect location. We moved to Charlotte, NC in 2006. Despite our move, we decided to continue to hold onto this property as we love coming back to visit whenever we can. We have a son (18 years) and a daughter (14 years). Laurie and Tom Manderbach

We rented the condo for a church retreat of youth and adults. The multiple beds and bedrooms made it really easy to divide up the group. Plenty of hot water for showers, Lots of space to relax in the living room and family room downstairs. Two refrigerators easily held all the food for 20 people for 3 days. The walk out balcony, and doors off the family room made it easy to enjoy the snow and ski hill just outside the door. Owner was very helpful and answered all my detailed questions about what was needed, and what I needed to bring extra. I have stayed in several condos, and this was one of the best decorated units I have seen. Overall a great weekend.

This was our third stay. Our group is very comfortable staying here. We enjoy the ski in, ski out location. The condo is well appointed, clean and family friendly. We have already booked it for next year.

We stayed at the Manderbach Lodge for a long weeend for my son's wedding. The lodge is well stocked and kept. It is beautiful inside and out. All my guests had a lovely time and we will consider using it again for a longer time next time. MUCH better than staying in the hotel. The owners are also great to work with.

We had our annual girls golf weekend here. 9 ladies with a need to golf, relax and have fun. We accomplished it all. The condo was beautiful and had enough room for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The lower golf course was a challenge and great fun. We utilized the outdoor pool and hot tub while sipping on drinks from the outdoor bar. The water slide was a thrill and was the live music in the Regency Pub at night. Peak n'Peak was hosting the national Saint Bernard Show so we got to see the best of the breed which was an added bonus. Many of us are dog lovers. They also hosted 3 weddings on Saturday so we got to see all the brides taking pictures. What a wonderful we had. We all decided that by far this was the best place we've been and will be back next year. Kudos to the owners for such a well stocked home. We loved it!

A wonderful place! We were so pleased to enter the condo and find it to be so clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family...9 adults and 7 children (age 6 and under!). The guys enjoyed a day of golf while the gals and kids loved the pools. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. Thank you, Manderbachs!

What a great place for our 3 generations of family to gather. There is plenty of space and lots of sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is the best we've encountered in 14 years of renting vacation homes in NY State. The property is well maintained, clean and modern. We will definitely return.

My Family rented the Manderbach Lodge for a surprise Birthday for the Grandpa in the Family. .We had a great time ,they all really enjoyed the golf aand beautiful pools. We had plenty of room for all. The owners Tom and Laurie were great to work with. We are planning another visit next year.

My family and I had a great time at this rental home. The house was very nice. Everything was so clean. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our family. The house and surrounding area is beautiful. Working with the rental property owners was also very pleasant. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered in a very timely fashion. Lastly, I definitely recommend this rental property. We were not the least bit disappointed in anything.

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Manderbach lodge, and we LOVE it! The Manderbachs offer the best value on the mountain, and you can't beat the ski-in and ski-out location! We stay for 5 nights and have the best time. There is more than enough room for the 9 of us, with room to spare. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is plenty of room to eat at the large dining room table. The unit has been updated a bit since last year with new paint and furniture (not that it needed it). The Manderbachs are very easy to work with and very accomodating. I highly recommend staying here!
