  The unit is very clean and very well appointed. For us, it was very much our second home. Not only is it a pleasure to live in but also to cook in. We are avid cooks and Carolyn's kitchen is fully equipped. There is more than ample bedding, towels etc. for the 4 bedrooms and baths. All the small details are taken care of ie: salt, sugar, dish soap etc. The owners were quick to help us when we needed it. We would recommend this unit to both our friends and family

  The condo was in a perfect quiet location with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. In all the years of travel, my family has never experienced such a fantastic stay like this one at the " Fairwinds" in Indian Shores. The owner's, Greg and Carolyn were very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, Greg and Carolyn provide us with a huge bowl of fresh fruits and a fridge full of refreshments, Wow ! As we live in a 3700 sf back home, we felt right at home when we arrived. The gourmet kitchen was over the top with everything you would ever need including granite countertops and sub zero appliances. Like other reviews state, all you need to bring is your cloths as everything else is supplied for your stay including towels, sun tan lotion, soap, shampoo and a medicine cabinet. The condo is located near many great restaurants within walking distance. I could not believe that we had our own 2 car garage and an elevator that takes you right up to your front door of the condo. It was very convenient to have each bedroom having its own bathroom. My entire family would get ready at the same time when going out for the evening, how good is that? The balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool was very private and fully furnished with everything you need including piped in music, what a view ! Greg and Carolyn are very honest and straight forward to deal with, they delivered what they promised. We were honoured to have the opportunity to get together and meet them both one afternoon, that does not happen often with condo owners. They were very accommodating and wanted us to have everything we needed for a perfect stay. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean everyday as it seemed we were always the only ones out there in our private paradise. We also enjoyed cooking on the BBQ overlooking the beach area. All I could say is a big thank you to Greg and Carolyn for making this the best vacation yet. We are planning to go back this coming August once again. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo to any family members and friends.

  We have been vacationing at Florida beaches for over 30 years as both my husband I are native Floridians who return home at least once a year. Our month’s stay this year was the best yet, thanks to the fabulous condo we selected at Fair Winds in Indian Shores Beach. From the time we stepped off the elevator and entered directly into the magnificent foyer, we were in awe of this beautiful condo. There was a nice powder room off the foyer for guests. Now imagine, a huge covered balcony beautifully furnished overlooking the Gulf of Mexico where we enjoyed our naps during the day. In the evening we viewed spectacular sunsets from our private balcony where we listened to our favorite music provided by outdoor speakers. The private pool and spa overlooked the gulf. The owners were a pleasure to work with to assure that our accommodations were exactly to our liking. The condo was well stocked with all the necessaries, including plenty of bath and beach towels, extra linens, and many more extra’s that had never been provided at other beach rentals. The magnificent Gourmet kitchen was even equipped with all the spices and cooking utensils that we needed. We were totally spoiled with a large pantry, six burner gas stove, and sub zero refrigerator. The granite countertops provided us with lots of room for cooking and comfortable seating where our guests enjoyed watching us cook! In addition to the nice size breakfast area off from the kitchen, we dined around a gorgeous round table that seats 12 comfortably under a candle lit chandelier. We loved the revolving lazy susan attached in the center of the table for added convenience. The large living area was spacious, as were the other separate areas set up for watching TV or partaking in other activities. Great to have all three bedrooms with private baths, and immaculately clean. In the oversized Master bath there was a walk-in shower with double shower heads. The den with pull out sofa bed is perfect to use as a fourth bedroom. We had family members and friends visit us during our stay and we never felt cramped for space. Believe me there was nothing unthought of to make this condo an outstanding choice for anyone who loves beach living at its best. My husband said he would not have written such a favorable review as he wants to keep this place our little secret so it will always be available whenever we want to return, and we can't wait until next time!   I had a fantastic stay there with five other adults, there was so much room that we never felt crowded. We adored cooking in the spacious kitchen, as all the supplies and tools were right at out finger tips. The location was amazing, as we were right on the beach and walking distances to cafes and bars. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

  Everything about this condo speaks of comfort, good taste, beauty and relaxation. Situated right on the pristine gulf beach, there is a never ending panorama of colorful sea and sky changes, shore birds to watch including a nearly tame Great Blue Heron, and often dolphins frolicking close to shore. Sunsets are frequently stunning, watched from the spacious balcony or at water's edge. This is our 3rd extended stay and though we have rented many oceanside condos in the past, this surpasses all of them. There are so many things we enjoy here. The kitchen is a fully equipped with great appliances. There is ample space for visitors. The area is vibrant with good restaurants, sports, music, and recreation. And, the owners are terrific!!Simply put this is a place to relax and enjoy every day. We look forward to coming here again and again. There are numerous golf courses within 30 - 45 min, and a highend public course, Bardmoor Golf Club. We would certainly recommend this unit to friends or family.

  My mum, sister and I (and nephew!) all had a fabulous week in this condo and could easily have stayed for a month more! The condo was extremely spacious and very well equipped, we felt like we were at home as soon as we arrived. The beds were comfortable; there was loads of closet space; we each had our own bathroom, no fighting over who gets the shower first in the morning; the washer and dryer were very handy; the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals; the main open plan living space is amazing and we spend loads of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the sunsets each evening. The owners were so helpful before and during our stay, they were able to arrange a baby crib and high chair for my nephew, and even left us a few supplies in the fridge to tide us over until we could get to a grocery store. Everything we needed for the beach was supplied, and it was great being able to take a walk along the shore every day. We would love to be able to come back next year. Can't recommend this condo highly enough, you'll never want to leave!

  My family (2 adults and 3 children-5, 7 and 10yrs) stayed in this condo and had a fabulous time! It was exactly as described and even better! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal for 10 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, clean, spacious and super user friendly. The bedrooms are nice size, beds are comfortable and have more than enough closet/storage space. The washer/dryer came in handy when I needed to wash clothes. The master bathroom is simply amazing! The balcony is perfect as it overlooks the ocean and pool. It is spacious and perfect for playing games, reading or relaxing. We left the windows/door open and could hear the ocean throughout the front half of the condo at all times. The owners couldn't have been more helpful before, during and after our stay. We are hopeful we have the chance to stay here again...soon! Although we are only a family of five we did have relatives stay a few nights with us. The set up of the condo is such that we were all able to be on different schedules without waking/bothering each other. This is a perfect place for small or large groups. If you have the opportunity to stay in this condo you won't be disappointed!

  Our family of 6 rented this condo for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave! Not only was the condo very spacious, it had everything we needed to have a great time (beach accessories, board games, DVD movies, books). The large kitchen made cooking meals enjoyable, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have some privacy. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunsets and the serenity of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and our children had lots of fun going back and forth to the pristine beach. Thank you for a wonderful time - we will definitely be back!!

  We rented this unit for a week's vacation and were thrilled with our stay. Our group included my family of 5 and my parents. The condo is incredibly spacious and works great for a large group. My husband and I had the master suite which has the largest shower I have ever seen! My parents had a bedroom with private bath, and my daughters shared a room with private bath. My young son used the pull-out sofa bed in the large office right next to our room. We loved being able to spread out--someone watching tv, others playing a game or doing a puzzle, someone reading outside on the large balcony. Perfect for when we had a few rainy afternoons. We prefer being in a smaller building versus some of the enormous buildings on the beach--the pool and beach felt like they were ours alone. We will definitely come back!
