Our cozy apartment accommodates up to 7 people: has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper and a twin size sleepers in the living room and a queen size sleeper in a den (serves as a little bedroom). A cozy table in the den area easily transforms into a big dining table for our guests' convenience.
Furnished with new modern Italian furniture, the apartment is a one and a half bedroom (has a den, separated by a beautiful Japanese screen). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bath, walk-in closet, dishwasher and a washer/dryer in a unit. Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, local and long distance phone line, high speed cable Internet and cable TV. We also have Wi-Fi internet in the media room and in the lobby of our modern building.

Booking policy:
1. 50 % of payment required to book the rental. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
1. If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date, all payment is 100% refundable.
2. If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to arrival date, the down payment is not refundable.
