Centrally located in Midtown West Manhattan, the luxury building is conveniently close to Theater District, Rockefeller Center & Times Square. The fabulous locations also has all the up-to-date amenities you deserve: roof top deck with the breathtaking view of Manhattan, large health club, dry cleaning services, on-site attended parking garage and 24-hours concierge.

Our cozy apartment accommodates up to 7 people: has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper and a twin size sleepers in the living room and a queen size sleeper in a den (serves as a little bedroom). A cozy table in the den area easily transforms into a big dining table for our guests' convenience.

Furnished with new modern Italian furniture, the apartment is a one and a half bedroom (has a den, separated by a beautiful Japanese screen). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bath, walk-in closet, dishwasher and a washer/dryer in a unit. Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, local and long distance phone line, high speed Internet and cable TV.

The building is located close to public transportation. This apartment is suitable for business travelers, couples and families alike. Restaurants, various eateries and stores are at your fingertips.
A wonderful and convenient addition at our guests' disposal: a new modern eatery with European and American culinary trends located on the first floor. It offers diverse salads, tartines, small cheese, meat and fish platters, an express station for take-out orders as well as relaxed table service amidst trendy décor. The dining area offer customers both intimacy with wrap-around banquettes as well as individual seating at its well-apportioned floor-to-ceiling windows.

Booking policy:
1. 50 % of payment required to book the rental. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:
1. If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date, all payment is 100% refundable.
2. If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to arrival date, the down payment is not refundable.

  • Wow! Our stay in NY was only intensified by the greatness of this place. We were four female friends in town for a girl's birthday bash, and it was everything we could've asked for. The space was just right for us, plenty of amenities (linens, kitchen, supplies, etc.), the view, the rooftop, the location...sigh. Simply hated to leave. We're already talking about the next trip to NY, and definitely plan to stay here again. Loved it!

It is just to say Thank you to both of you for helping to make our stay in New York a fab time! Your apartment was superb, not too far away from anything, very comfortable and homely, and for anyone else considering booking it, can I just say, that as five females, with a large case each, and all the other stuff we brought over, we had PLENTY of space!! The roof-top deck was just brilliant, it was lovely to sit up there anytime, but especially late at night, when we came back to the apartment, and to just sit there passing the time, it was an excellent way to relax and finish our evening! We hope we'll come back to New York sometime soon, and you can guarantee we'll be in touch. In fact, we've already passed your details onto friends who are thinking of a trip to New York.   • We have spent a wonderful week in this apartment. We were 7 and all the family was so happy to live there. It was very comfortable and so nice. The views from the apartment and from the roof were magic. Bathroom is very well equipped. It was like as we were at home. We have found all what we need. Irina and Laura are so kind, it has been a pleasure to get in touch with them. I think that everyone who goes in this apartment will love it.

  • We loved the place, It was classy and tastefully decorated, It had more than what we needed for a weekend stay. Very comfortable beds and most important it was very clean. Great sheets and towels. The view was gorgeous and I highly recommend to go up to CL floor and see the view, it was amazing. I am looking for my next stay. We like to walk so walking to Time Sqaure eveyday and night was fantastic.

  • WOW! What a lovely apartment. The unit is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and linens and even has extra nice touches like a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. There is a great view from the apartment and the roof top terrace provides excellent panoramic views of the city. We had a great visit and the apartment made our stay even better. Laura and Irina were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
