We spent the Christmas week at Ocean Village and couldn't be more pleased. The condo was just as described and the complex itself is one of the best that we have visited. The grounds and pool were immaculate. My children (ages 12 & 13) could have spent the entire time in the main pool (and when it says "heated" it actually is). We liked the fact of just how big the complex is for walking and looking at all the beautiful flowers but the condo was just a very short walk to both the ocean and main pool. In fact we actually left our bedroom windows open at night to be able to hear the ocean waves. I am also very, very pleased with working with the condo owners. Not only was she professional but provided so much information ahead of our stay. We would definitely come back to Ocean Village and Hutchinson Island!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

I was very impressed by the overall atmosphere of the community. Great place to relax and enjoy vacation. Good restaurants close by. Great place for golf enthusiast. Planning on coming back next year.

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day stay at this wonderful condo. We had such a great time! There is so much to do on the property, you could just stay there and never leave if you wanted. Although, the surrounding area is pretty awesome as well. About the condo itself: Everything is updated! Everything you need! The screened in patio is awesome with a great view of the golfcourse. And the kingsize bed is oh so comfy! Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. And the price? Really? Pretty amazing! About the property: In the summer, the place is deserted. We were literally the only two people on the beautiful beach! There are a couple of pools. We went to the larger one - it was wonderful - perfect temperature! There is a TIKI bar at the pool as well - which is probably why we spent our time there :-) The bar serves great food too - breakfast and lunch. We don't play tennis, but if you do, there are some great tennis courts! About the surrounding area: We had a couple of favorite restaurants. 12A Buoy was out of this world! Whatever is on special - GET IT! It was to die for! The lobster mac and cheese is pretty amazing too! If you are looking for something a bit more casual, Archies is awesome! Great folks, great drinks, great food, great outdoor seating. They even have bingo one day a week! There are others too that were pretty great, but those two were are favorites! We walked out on the jetty at night - really peaceful and beautiful. Overall: Gina was wonderful during the whole process. She sent us tons of information about the property and the surrounding area! We highly recommend staying here! Hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed staying at the villa. Thank you for having everything ready for us. The rooms were wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful weather, the beach and the Tikki bar whenever we were hungry and did not want to cook. Your directions on how to get there went without a glitch. I hope that we will be able to come again next year. Recommended highly.
