Stunning views of the Sibillini Mountains, adjacent hill towns and Tenna River valley. The house, on the edge of the village, has high ceilings, large windows and french doors to two terraces,is newly renovated to a high standard with all modern services. Two fireplaces,one in kitchen for cooking. Kitchen has granite counter top, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. House has zoned hot water heating. The walled garden on two levels provides for outdoor dining on the upper level and has a lap pool and seating area on the lower terrace. The house is a two minute walk from the main square with a good restaurant/bar, food shop, pharmacy and bakery. Main shopping is in Servigliano(5.5mi), Amandola(8.5 mi.)or Fermo (15mi). The area is known for Roso Conaro wine production, local festivals, access to the mountans for hiking or skiing, beach and has many beautiful hilltowns to explore.
