I rented this house for a few days in Nov 2008. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated, and has a great view of the ocean. This is not your typical "rental" property. The person that handled the rental was very cooperative, and couldn't have been easier to work with. It was great to not have a TV, but I see that they have added one, so you have choice. Would definitely rent this house again.
