This home is located in the heart of St. George so expect a little traffic noise. This wonderful location puts you within 5 minutes of the community recreation center, shopping and restaurants.

It is also within a short drive of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Quail Lake Reservoir, Dixie Springs Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park and within an easily drivable distance to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

If you head south on I-15 you can visit Mesquite, NV with its incredible restaurants and exciting nightlife. Of course head just a little bit further and you can visit the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

If you decide to visit St. George you can enjoy activities that include St. George Musical Theater with its theater in the round, Tuachan Amphitheater, Golf, Shopping galore and more fabulous restaurants.
