Hello, we are Rick and Denise. We live and work in the Sisters area. We have raised 6 wonderful children here. We enjoy traveling a bit but not too much because the Central Oregon area is truly our favorite place for outdoor fun. We are happy to be able to share our vacation home with other people who want to discover all the beauty that surrounds Sisters Oregon.
Why the Owner Chose Sisters
The Sisters Mountains and all the surrounding lakes and rivers are amazing. We love to hike, back pack, road bike, mountain bike, whitewater raft and kayak, dirt biking, fly fishing, the summer fun seems almost endless. There is also Sisters Rodeo, Quilt Show, Folk Festival and other local events that make Central Oregon THE place to be for summer fun. Winter activities we enjoy are alpine and nordic skiing, snowshoeing and sledding.
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Home
This home is located in a very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. We like relaxing on the front porch and barbecuing on the back patio. Our home is an easy walk to town where we can find good coffee houses and a couple of different bakeries, lots of unique shopping and fine dining when we want it. Also close to the quaint public library and all of the fun local activities that happen throughout the summer. There are many local road bike rides from right out the front door with little to no traffic to worry about and is centrally located for the many trails, rivers, lakes and mountains that our area has to enjoy. A quiet neighborhood park sits across the street with lots of room for volleyball games, tossing a frisbee, flying a kite, a special gathering, etc.
