The Reindorf house is in a quiet residential area, only 2 blocks from the world famous Instituto Allende which offers a wide range of Spanish and Art classes, and an easy 15 minute walk to the Jardin. The property is on the House and Garden tour (don't worry, not while you're there). It is a unique and unusual home, built by the artist himself, with stained glass windows designed by him, and with much of his artwork on display. The garden is extensive, plenty of room to sunbathe, read, or do your exercises. There is a large tiled table on a raised flagstone terrace, which is ideal for outdoor meals.
Housekeeping service is included three days a week. Housekeeper (Patti) is used to cooking for Americans, and can cook either Mexican or American-style to order. Gardener service also included. An American caretaker is in adjacent studio and can help you with any needs/questions.
There are three bedrooms in the house, and an additional bedroom with attached bath in a separate area of the property. The house is freshly painted, fully furnished with a combination of European antiques and Mexican woodworking and fabrics.
