Get away from it all in this well appointed custom built beach home. Completed in late 2007, this beautiful home will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. Located just three houses (approx 200') east of the public beach access, this home offers incredible views and excellent location for enjoying a walk on the beach.
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the third floor great room and kitchen. Every seat offers an expansive ocean view. Grab a book and relax in front of the fireplace, or lay back in one of the recliners and watch the waves. The fourth bedroom/den is designed to offer an ocean view and provides room for two to relax or sleep.
Two large front decks offer expansive ocean views. The large covered back patio deck gives you a secluded spot to relax out of the weather and enjoy the wildlife that frequent the area.
The central level has two large bedrooms and a spacious master suite. The hall bath contains a large shower/tub with massaging shower head. The counter has plenty of room for two to prepare for the day.
The master suite features access to the central level deck. The large master bath offers a double sink and counter. Enjoy ocean views from the garden tub. The large shower and commode are situated separately from the sinks and garden tub.
The main entry at the lower level provides a great place to leave your shoes and coats in the large entry closet. After enjoying a day on the beach, the conveniently located utility room with large sink is just the spot to clean up the kids and launder your clothes. The air hockey table is located in the garage just off the entry when the weather keeps the kids inside.

Hi! My family just returned from staying in this amazing house and loved every minute of our stay. We could have stayed for much longer than originally planned. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or driving into town. The home was spotless and well stocked with plenty of games and movies to watch and enjoy. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family. Everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful home in Lincoln City that I would highly recommend for anyone with a group. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and have many amenities included. The outdoor hot tub was great and the large deck overlooking the ocean was perfect for an afternoon of sun and relaxing. There kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal and even includes a few of the necessary items (oil, spices, etc.) that you might forget along the way. The beach access was very close and the beach at roads end was incredible at low tide, filled with starfish and other wonderful sea creatures. My girlfriends from Montana, Washington and California loved the place and we had a very memorable trip that won't soon be forgotten! Thank you for the use of your gorgeous home!

Me, my fiance and brother and sister in-law could not have been any more impressed. The house was beautiful (better than the pictures), lovely large living room, open kitchen, dining room. Comfortable, clean, nice and updated (t.v., kitchen appliances, grill, stereo). We grilled every night on the back deck, then headed to the jacuzzi. Woke up in morning, and walked the 1 minute to the beach. On top of it all, I forgot a drawer of clothes and it was packaged and mailed to me at no charge. Beautiful place. Better than the pictures. I recommend it and hope to go back.

I searched through 70+ properties on VRBO to find the perfect home to stay in for celebrating my 30th b-day with my husband, parents, siblings, & grandmother & your place was #1! I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out since I have never rented a private home before, but I (and everyone else) were quite happy & pleasantly surprised with how perfect your home was! The weather was rainy the entire time, but I actually planned for the "worst case scenario" weather wise, so that's why it was so important to me to fin a nice, large home with good views of the ocean for us to be in 24/7 & yours was perfect! Thanks! You helped to make this the best b-day that I have ever had (so far)! We only with that we could have stayed longer - but alas, we all have to return home tor reality & return to work on Monday. Thanks!

We are a group of 9 nurses who came down to have a fun get a way! we had so much fun staying up late & playing board games, shopping at the outlet mall,building a campfire etc. The stars were so beautiful ...everything was so peaceful. It was very exciting and we enjoyed your beautiful house and the view from the deck was so amazing. We are from the bis island of Hawaii and never had the opportunity for something like this. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
