We stayed here for a week in July 2010, and absolutely loved the property and Manchester-by-the-Sea. The house was fantastic! The ammenities were updated, clean, and the house was very spacious. The rooms were bright, with plenty of room. And there was a great porch in the rear and a perfect porch in the front for reading & relaxing in the afternoon & evening. The village is a perfect spot for a family who wants somewhere quiet to relax, have access to the beach, and still be able to take an hour train ride in to Boston (you can walk to the train stop from this property in 10 minutes). The owner's are very nice, and clearly take great care of the property. It was the best week's vacation our family has ever had. We will absolutely be back.
