Our condo is an oceanfront studio with 2 double beds, a kitchen (that includes stove, microwave, and full sized refrigerator), one bathroom, and a private balcony that overlooks the ocean. The bathroom and kitchen have tile floors and the kitchen has granite counter tops. Our non-smoking unit sleeps up to 4 people. It is located on the 9th floor of the oceanfront Pinnacle Tower.
Compass Cove is one of the area's largest and most luxurious resorts that has 22 pool features including 6 indoor and outdoor pools, 3 lazy rivers, several hot tubs, and kiddie pools to entertain the children. They also have 2 restaurants located at the resort as well as a tiki bar. It is located close to many great restaurants as well as entertainment, such as Broadway at the Beach and the new Hard Rock amusement park. Also close to parasailing, jet skis and many other fun outside activities.

Why the Owner Chose Compass Cove
We looked at several places when we decided to buy an oceanfront condo. Compass Cove just absolutely stood out by a mile from all of the other places we looked at. The rooms were so nice and had just recently been remodeled. From the granite counter tops to the tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms, this property was just so much nicer than the others we looked at. And they have pools and hot tubs galore. Even on rainy days, there is never a lack of fun things to do in the water at Compass Cove. So it was a very easy decision for us when choosing where to buy our condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You are right on the ocean at our location. You ride the elevator down, get off and voila..there is the ocean. And as already mentioned there are pools,hot tubs and lazy rivers everywhere. So there is so much to do just on the premises itself. However, we are just a short walk away from parasailing, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, a fishing pier, etc. We are also convienently located near many nice restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, many golf courses and all of the retail outlet stores for those who love to shop. There are also 2 restaurants located at Compass Cove as well as a tiki bar in the summer months. So you never even have to leave the resort if you do not want to!

My wife and I were both born in the upstate of SC. My family always took summer vacations to Myrtle Beach in the summer, and this is how I fell in love with the city of Myrtle Beach. I love the ocean, the cool breeze and the smell of the salt in the air. So naturally after graduating college in 1997, we relocated to this area where we have been ever since. We live on the Intracostal Waterway, but make frequent trips to the beach in the summer time.

Excellent property, exactly as picutred. Everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was amazing. Property was clean and well maintained, Would definately reccommend to anyone looking to spend time in comfort on the ocean with so many pools etc and restautants. The food in the Compass Cove restaurants is excellent.

My wife and I took our 2 and 4 yr old to Myrtle Beach for our first real family vacation. The room was just right for our needs and the resort was perfect for the kids because of all the access to the pools and lazy rivers. It was convenient being so close to the beach without the chaos that you might experience at some of the other hotel spots. I decided to rent this location based on the affordability and amenities for the kids. Overall we were very pleased to get just what we expected; in addition, communication with the owner was very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed in this condo the last week in July, loved it. We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better view from the balcony. Jeremy was excellent to work. The resort was also great, very clean pools and grounds, the tiki bar had a great atmosphere and good food. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo for the week we found it very clean, and well equipped. The best views of the ocean, loved drinking coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings!. Weather was absolutely fabulous, the kids (aged 9 and 15) loved the beach and many pools around the resort especially the lazy river. Found some great restaurants Cecils Italian Restaurant and Bubbas Fish Shack in Surfside. Loved Broadway on the Beach and The Market Common. The only downfall of the trip was the long drive home :-( . Jeremy was great to work and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future. We had a great week in your condo. The check in process was so easy. Compass Cove has so many things for the kids to do and it is close to everything. The room was very comfortable the kids enjoyed that they could hook up their gaming systems to the HDTV. It is easier to settle down for the night knowing you have the same comforts as you do at home.

My family of 3 rented this unit in May 2011 and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described (clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, etc). There were also some extras like a pack n play and beach umbrella. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with and extremely accomodating to any of our needs. He was also very quick to refund our security deposit. I would stay in this unit again and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks again. We had a great time!
