This lovely 1920's cottage is on a quiet lane at the edge of Siasconset Village. The home is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms(one queen, one with twin beds and a sleeping porch with a double bed). There is one bath with a claw footed tub and shower an outdoor private shower. A large deck with picnic table and lounge chairs are perfect for dining and entertaining. The house has Hi Speed internet and cable TV and phone service. We are located a 5 minute walk into 'Sconset village where you will find a market, sandwich shop, 'Sconset Cafe, post office and liquor store. The Chanticleer Restaurant is around the corner and the Summer House Restaurant is a 5 minute walk. The 'Sconset Beach, with a lifeguard is an 8 minute walk. The islands shuttle bus stops at the corner. The bike path is very close and will take you all over the island. Expect beautiful sunsets, privacy and serenity in a lovely natural setting.
