If you've never visited our beautiful little island; you have a delightful experience awaiting you. You will find it to be a very unique, family oriented, slightly upscale island with a residential look and very affordable price. Just seven miles long, Ocean Isle Beach is known for its pristine beaches, plenty of shells, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and just plain relaxing and soaking up the sounds and silence of southern island living.
Ocean Isle Beach is located 35 miles North of Myrtle Beach, SC and 35 miles South of Wilmington, NC; three short miles off highway #17. Both Myrtle Beach and Wilmington provide an air port.
We pride ourselves on providing both an inter-faith chapel as well as beach church service each Sunday during the summer months.
We also offer during the summer months free band concerts each Friday night on the island. Our island hosts the deliciously popular North Carolina Oyster Festival each October. Town Hall and the Police Station are located on the island. While the Fire Station, a small private airport, a commercial district and many Champion Golf courses are located on the mainland, visitors also will find a variety of shops and dining spots on and off the island.

We were lucky enough to rent 24 Isle Plaza a couple of years ago for our vacation to Ocean Isle Beach. This year, we are returning to the "Pretty Peach House" as we call it for another week of fun. It is warm and welcoming from the first time you step inside the front door. It is beautifully decorated and includes every amenity you could imagine. With the 4 bedrooms and loft, you can accommodate larger families or groups without any trouble at all. It is located between the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. From the top deck, you can actually see both of them! We Love this house and will continue to come back in the future!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Why Ocean Isle Beach:
We are originally from New Jersey; many years ago we found this little island while looking for a quiet place to vacation. One visit and we were hooked; we built our home just prior to us retiring to Ocean Isle Beach and actually lived in this beach house for a few years. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the island and the sound of the ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Peace and quiet of living on the West Side of the island; yet not too far from many types of activities. There are permanent residents on our street; not only seasonal rentals. We like the short walk to the ocean and the beautiful wide beach.
