Private beach club and pool and private ocean walk. Miles & miles of paved mostly shaded bicycle trails. You're in for some fun. Great location for destination weddings & events.

Fully-equipped kitchen and inside seating space for 50 guests. Backyard space for party tent.

Oceanside living. Surf, fish, walk on the beach - a totally beautiful private beach - swim, sail, bike ride; peaceful, sunny, quiet; tropical plants and historic sites.

You can kayak in the ocean or the intercoastal. You can ride a bicycle on the sidewalk from Hammock Beach to St. Augustine to Daytona. Kite-surf at Matanzas Inlet. The absolute freshest seafood anywhere. And ‘no traffic’. What a great place!
