  We have stayed at several different units in the Shore Drive area. This unit is the BEST by far. The owners have done a wonderful job of updating the unit and keeping it fresh, unlike some other units that we've stayed in that have been so dated. The kids absolutely loved the huge 3D TV in the living room with their XBox games. There is ample space for everyone with three bedrooms. We had 3 teens with us and the layout was perfect. Shore Drive is an excellent location. Close to outlet shopping, grocery stores, restaurant row, Wal-Mart, and anything else you could need. We love Pelican's Landing because it is one of the few condo's in the area with three bedrooms AND an elevator. The property is well maintained. We enjoyed the oceanfront pool and the charcoal grills. Flip Flops Bar and Grill is a fun place across the street to catch the latest game or just have a drink and listen to some live music on the deck. Ocean Annie's is a short stroll down the beach for a fun evening of dancing and music. And a short walk down the beach is the Apache Pier. Our teens love to go down to the arcade at night. We truly love the Shore Drive area and this condo is the best! Can't wait to come back next year!

  We had a GREAT time here! We had 6 adults and a 16 mo old toddler and had so much room to move around in. The location of the condo is so nice, we were glad we were not facing the ocean so the little one wouldn't be begging to go all of the time. Having the washer/dryer was really a plus. The condo beds were very nice (a plus for this g'ma and g'pa!) If our plans bring us back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely stay here again, we will also be recommending to friends and family.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We just returned from our stay at pelicans landing,all I can say is it's fantastic!The location is perfect,the beaches not very crowded,the ocean front pool was heavenly.Everything you would need is available at the condo.We had 5 adults and three tweens with us,and had plenty of room for all of us,including plenty of bathrooms.The area is quiet,but convenient to everything.We are counting down the days until we can go back next summer!Its worth the 14 hour drive!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Fantastic!!!! I couldn't ask for a better review. We spent a lot of time and money this year trying to give our guests the PLUS advantage. Flat screen TV ceiling mounted in MBR and 3D 42" LED TV in living room and Flat screen TV in kids room. But what I like best are the cushioned swivel-rocker chairs on the porch -- so much better than the cheap plastic chairs everyone else has. Got more upgrades in store for this fall!! You'll have to see what they are when you return. It will be a supprise!!

  This condo is beautifully updated, spacious for larger parties, close to everything a walmart about 3 miles away and grocery store just 2 blocks away!!! We were so thrilled to find that they even had beach supplies available for us to use!!! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. It was a great price for such a nice place. It was super clean and everyone just enjoyed the condo. We had a great time there and will be reserving again next year.

  Just returned from spending one week at this condo. It was the first time there for some and others have been a dozen or so times. The location of Pelican's Landing is perfect. It is central to anything and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Condo was great. New flat screen TV's (3) and DVD player that we used. It had all the amenities that we needed. Have spoken with owners several times and they advise that they are continuing to update the condo with new flooring, etc. (even though it doesn't need it). It was nice dealing with these owners...we were fortunate to meet them personally and they are wonderful! Also, bottom line, you can't beat their rates. Can't wait to stay in their home again and would recommend it to everyone!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
