This 1200 ft. fully equipped 2-bedroom condo is waiting for you on Dauphin Island. Located on the first floor for easy access with private parking right in front, it is a short walk to the pool or the boardwalk to the beach.
Enjoy the beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches and warm gulf water. The gulf is assessable by a boardwalk with seating areas to enjoy beach sunrises and sunsets. The island is beautiful year round with sunny summer days and cool evening coastal breezes. Winter offers moderate temperatures and is usually warm enough to enjoy walks on the beach and other outdoor activities.
Dauphin Island is a very laid back and non-commercialized community but there is plenty to do to occupy your week. Play the eighteen-hole golf course, visit Fort Gaines (a real civil war fort), fish off the pier or charter a boat for sight seeing or deep sea fishing, take the ferry to Gulf Shores/ Fort Morgan, visit the Estuarium or the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. There are several restaurants and a bakery on the island and fresh seafood is available to prepare in your own kitchen. The local “Ship and Shore” provides all your shopping needs. It is only 30 miles to Mobile if you want to go off island and Bellingrath Gardens (20 miles) makes a great day trip.
This is a non smoking unit with no pets allowed. The condo association does not allow renters to bring boats or trailers on the property. We rent by the week (Sat. - Sat.) or month only, see calendar for availability. The rental price covers all charges including clean-up fees. A $100.00 reservation/security deposit is added to the weekly rental rate. This security deposit will be returned after departure and inspection of the unit . |
