My family and I have visited Seven Springs Resort numerous times over the past ten years. Seven Springs is a year-round family-resort for all ages. During the winter months, snowskiing and snow-boarding make Seven Springs ideal for winter ski-vacations. The biking, hiking, golfing, fishing and many other outdoor activities during Spring, Summer and Fall are ideal for weekend get-aways and summer vacations. Our mountain home is located within easy access of all of the activities Seven Springs has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our mountain home offers many of the same comforts and amendities as your own home. Our home's rear deck is located directly below the Southwind lift drop-off station providing a ski-in and ski-out location to the Seven Springs slopes and trails. During the summer months, the home is located within walking distance to the Southwind community pool, alpine slide, Lake Tahoe, and the Wagner and Polar Express Ski lifts. Our mountain home is ideal for winter ski vacations, holiday reunions, and weekend get-aways.

My family and I have visited Seven Springs many times during the year. Our favorite time of year is the Fall. The fall foilage and weather is ideal for family and friends get-away. Autumnfest has many activities and attractions for all-ages to enjoy. We have owned the property over three years and my children are starting to enjoy snow-skiing. We expected our youngest to start skiing this coming winter. We feel the property provides an escape from the daily routinue of work, school, and numerous kids-activities. We have enjoyed and created some wonderful family and friends memories. Please enjoy our home with your family and friends.

We are enjoying the place so much, here for Christmas week. It is just beautiful and brand new and in a lovely location. The kids are not even complaining about the lack of snow b/c they are just loving being in this awesome three level townhome. We've enjoyed the kitchen so much - making big meals and finding everything we need. Jim has been a caring and accessable owner. Looking forward to the holiday in such a homey and gorgeous place.

This condo was so much more than we expected. When Jim said it was ski in and ski out-he was sooo right. The lift is literally just off of the back deck. This was our third time visiting the Seven Springs Resort and by far the absolute best. The condo is so homey and comfortable. We did not feel as if we were staying in a rental unit. Jim was always easy to reach if we had a question and I was so touched when he called our first night there to see if all was well and if he could do anything to make our stay more comfortable. The pictures Jim provides do not really do the unit justice... everything inside is so well maintained and beautiful but yet it does not have that commercial, sterile feel of a hotel or income property. The kitchen had everything you could imagine from a really nice coffee maker to all the dishes, pot, pans and utensils. We have found our vacation home at Seven Springs and intend to come back next year. The value is excellent and the condo is exceptional. By and far the best part is that is really is ski in and ski out. My snowboarders were thrilled with how easily and quickly they could be on the slopes and after a long day of boarding how easy they could glide back "home" for a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Jim's place was as described. No worries from this responsive VRBO owner. Very reasonable rate. He even mailed back some things we had left behind. For small kids, the Idlewild and Soak Zone park is about 45 minutes away. Great for little kids like ours.

This will be my second time renting this townhome from Jim. The townhome is beautiful with amazing amenities. The free shuttle the resort provides is priceless. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Jim is a great owner who responds to e-mail/calls immediately.

Last Christmas, our family had a wonderful time skiing, staying at the condo. The location is superb, so close to the lift. The condo is beautiful and well-kept. We appreciate Jim's prompt responses and detail instructions whenever we have questions. Our trip was a blast. We will absolutely rent again the next time we go to 7 Springs.
