Housatonic is 15 minutes from Lenox (Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Co) 10 minutes from downtown Great Barrington, 10 minutes from Stockbridge and 15 minutes from Ski Butternut. Three units in all, two available for seasonal rentals. Each unit is a duplex with the kitchen/dining/living room on the upper level as well as a half bathroom. The lower level has two large bedrooms: one with one king bedroom and another with a queen sized bed. There is a beautiful full bathroom with tub/shower combination as well as a washer and dryer.
The upper level has the original, antique, maple, dance hall flooring. The kitchen is brand new with beechwood cabinetry, marble and butcher block counters. The lower level bedrooms are carpeted.
