Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 story townhouse located on a lovely secluded beach on the south end of town about 5 miles south of Ron Jon's near Taco City. HUGE master bedroom upstairs has king size bed, sofa, TV, large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower, as well as a large deck overlooking the ocean. Another large bedroom upstairs with queen size bed and twin size bed has its own bathroom and deck overlooking the street side as well as a walk-in closet. Downstairs has an additional bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom and walk- in closet. The house is tastefully decorated with nice furnishings and high quality linens.
Fully furnished kitchen, stocked just like home, with reverse osmosis drinking water as well. Large living area on first floor opens up to an oceanfront deck with sitting area and grass area for playing games. House is equipped with beach towels and chairs, BBQ, toys for kids, games and books-everything you need is provided.

This three bedroom home FEELS like a home. There are books and playing cards and plenty of cozy beach towels and spices and garlic presses! We had a wonderful vacation with a bunch of friends. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and dining area a great place to gather and hang out. The beach is maybe 15 second walk away but we braved it! Very clean beach area, you can walk for miles and right into town if you have half an hour. Cocoa Beach has a funky family feeling to it. A great place to explore. Thank you.

My family and I along with our 16 month old son stayed at the house for a week in February. We had the most wonderful time! The house is absolutely fantastic - so tastefully decorated and completely stocked with all the necessities and more. The upstairs children's bedroom has a closet full of toys and everything you would need for a young child including a playpen and booster chair. Beach chairs, towels, games, are all provided for. Really all you need to bring with you are some clothes and you'll be ready for a great and very relaxing vacation. The beach is right in your backyard!

When we arrived at this beautiful condo, the first thing I did was open the patio door to listen to the roar of the ocean and smell the wonderful ocean breeze.The condo is tastefully decorated, but you feel so "at home" and really special with all the beautiful furnishings around you. We were impressed with the towels and linens, the comfortable bed, and little touches like a fan if needed, extra storage space for clothing, plenty of closet space. Everything was clean, the fireplace had multiple candles, which made for a cozy evening. The kitchen was well equipped, the HD TV blew us away! There were plenty of toys for our grandchildren to play with, along with the boogie boards which they loved and pails to collect the bountiful amount of sea shells on the beach. Several restaurants close by. We enjoyed "Coconuts on the Beach". Great seafood! The Sun Cruise casino boat was lots of fun! Would definately recommend this property to friends. Hope to return someday for another memorable vacation.

This is a fantastic, comfortable, charming, clean, tasteful private beachfront home. The décor is inviting and eclectic, it has a little for every taste. The area is perfect if you want a getaway, but still want things somewhat close. The floor plan was perfect for us. The kitchen is comfortable and has a large amount of counter space. The appliances are kept and easy to use (for those that English is not your first language). The dining area, living area, sitting, patio and bedrooms are large. There is one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor has the master and the children’s. The bottom has a guest. They all have full bathrooms and are very tastefully decorated. In the children’s room, the closet doubles as a playroom and includes TONS of toys and books for the kids (boy or girl). In the master as well as throughout the house there is a large selection of books and magazines to read for the adults. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for the teens – they can make as much noise and make as many visits to the kitchen as they want. Everything that you need is provided. Nothing is broken, cheap or of poor taste. The furniture is of great quality and not worn. There is a variety of dinnerware and glassware ranging from casual to fancy. There is a BBQ, tons of towels and sheets, all the cleaning supplies that you may need for your stay, condiments in case you forget your own, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.... We had a wonderful time and will definately return. The entire vacation planning was simple. The property manager is available at anytime. My family rates this vacation home an A+!

This house has everything you could possibly need. Bring your stress & be prepared to leave it at the door & fill your mind with relaxation. The accomodations are excellent, the location is perfection. Experience your own private beach in your corner of the world! This is a vacation home with owners that have given a lot of thought to making you as comfortable as possible. I'm hopeful that this home rents for many years to come. We have finally found the perfect spot! Thank you Barbara for all that you do............
