Mystical Mermaid is an awesome beach front home that is beautifully decorated with an open floorplan that has a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and lots of windows to see the beach. There is a TV in every room and 4 DVD players, free internet.

4 bedrooms (3 down/1up) and 3 bathrooms (2 up and 1 down with private outside shower).

The upstairs has a covered deck plus an area for sunning. There is patio furniture and additional seating for all. Enjoy watching the playful dolphins and the soaring pelicans and seagulls. Wake up to a breath taking sunrise and a walk on the beach.

Sales and Resort Rentals Reservation Notice to Renter

Thank you so much for selecting Sterling Realtors, we truly appreciate your business. Once we have booked your reservation and have processed your credit card if applicable. The rental contract package will be forthcoming and should provide all you need to know however if you have any questions or we can be of further assistance just let us know.

We do not update the calendar, please call for availability and any available special pricing. You can also access this information on the link provided below or visit our Sterling Realtors website.

Our rates include housekeeping, taxes, misc. fees, and all linens need for your stay with beds made for your convenience. The travel protection insurance is optional. A reservation fee of $75 and the optional travel insurance premium will be due and payable at time of booking and will be non-refundable. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

PAYMENTS: If paying by credit card we will process the payment immediately once the confirmed reservation is made and will process subsequent payments as they are due,(credit card information or other type payments received or rental agreement received or confirmation from guest via phone/fax/email/mail, or confirmation from Sterling Realtors that the reservation has been made and accepted will constitute a confirmed reservation) all other forms of payments and signed rental agreement are due in 3 days to avoid cancellation of the reservation. Personal checks are not accepted within 2 weeks of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows:
We realize that unforeseen circumstances could cause you to cancel your reservation therefore please note our cancellation policy. Once the reservation has been confirmed any cancellation will invoke the cancellation policy below.
Non-payment or receipt of rental agreement: At discretion of Sterling Realtors the reservation can be cancelled if the payment and rental agreement terms above are not received timely and the non-refundable $75 reservation will be charged.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: The total rental fee plus all taxes and fees will be forfeited. If travel insurance was purchased, a claim for refund may, if applicable be made through Travel Guard.
Cancellations more than 30 days of arrival: Guest will be charged the non-refundable $75 reservation fee, the Travel Insurance premium, plus a $150 cancellation fee.
Refunds: A refund check or credit to the credit card will be issued within 30 days after cancellation.

ARRIVALS: CHECK-IN IS FROM 4:00PM TO 6:00PM unless otherwise approved in writing. ONLY THE GUEST ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT CAN CHECK-IN AND GET KEYS. CREDIT CARD USED FOR PAYMENT MUST BE PRESENTED AND SECURITY DEPPOSIT RECEIVED (DEBIT CARD WITH PIN NUMBER/CASHIERS OR TRAVELERS CHECK/MONEY ORDERS-NO CASH ACCEPTED).

DEPARTURES: CHECK-OUT IS 10:00AM unless otherwise approved in writing to avoid charges.
Return all keys by 10:00AM-key drop is left of front door. The home with its furniture, furnishings, exterior furniture should be as you found it. Just tidy up, clean and put away kitchen items, remove items from washer and dryer, empty and clean refrigerator and dishwasher. Remove all trash to appropriate exterior container. Leave linens on beds and towels in bathrooms, no need to wash them the housekeepers will take care of that.
