Our second-floor Condo is located in Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island, which is accessed by a bridge. Our condo features a designer kitchen and is furnished in tropical design. It is situated directly on the pristine white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico and offers breathtaking views of spectacular sunsets. Relax and enjoy yourself in this tropical paradise. Our large glass enclosed lanai, spacious living room and bedroom all overlook the sparsely populated beach. Our master suite has a king size bed, large walk in closet, full bath, shower and vanity. The living room is equipped with a convertible queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping area.
After arriving, you might just decide to park your car and explore, by golf cart or bike, Boca Grande’s quaint shops, art galleries, restaurants and unique historic district. Offshore and onshore fishing opportunities and shelling are plentiful and there are various golf courses within a 10-15 minute ride.
Ft. Myers and Sarasota airports are within one hour’s drive.
