Our home combines spacious living and sleeping areas with fabulous golf course views. Enjoy spectacular sunrise from the breakfast area, master bedroom, living room, family room, and of course the 300 sq ft patio. Analyze each players swing as they tee off on the picturesque 13th hole as the day progresses. Don't waste your time as there is too much to do. Hike, golf, ride, and as our guest you are able to use to amenities of both the Rio and Tonto Verde clubhouses and community center.
The home has two separate bedrooms each with a full bath, plus a sofa bed(queen) in the third bedroom. There is a large family room adjacent to a center island kitchen and separate eating area. The living room with fireplace and separate dining room provide lots of space for entertaining.
The Verdes are a great destination to be very active with golf, tennis, hiking, swimming, fitness centers, whatever. It is also great to simply park on the patio or at the pools and enjoy the quiet. Not much noise, unless airplanes at 7000' bother you. There are restaurants at both clubhouses.
