Great place for family stay

We rented this house when my son was getting married and we needed a place for my family and his friends to stay before the wedding. The large house, nice kitchen, and grill made this the perfect place. Everything went very well and I understand the younger guests really enjoyed the hottub.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Kids came with us this year and really enjoyed the private hot tub and playing in the large fenced yard. We had a blast. It's not the newest home, but very nice and furniture was comfortable. We will be back, thanks Brad!

Our company stayed here for the Outdoor Retailers show because nothing in immediate downtown was available last minute. We found it to be a very good location. The freeway being right there was great for quick access to downtown (only 6 minute drive). The home was clean, accommodating, fresh, comfortable, and the hot tub was pleasant. Thanks for a great time.

Downtown was just minutes away, we really enjoyed the location to the freeway (2 minute drive). We came to the convention and having a great location like this was perfect for our staff and great to come back to. We really appreciated the experience of a home and this was fantastic, saved us hundreds from a hotel, which is what we have always done. We know where to stay every year now.

The Hamlet property

The house was accommodating to our family in regards to adequate sleeping, cleaniness and a good location with a nice big yard. However, the deck and the hot tub featured were in disrepair. The deck had dry rot wood in which a member of our family stepped though one of the boards. And the hot tub the 1st and only time proved to have an electrical problem which resulted in three people being shocked. We reported these incidents immediately to the property manager and we certainly hope they have been resolved for future vacationers Thank goodness no one was seriously injured. We understand it was a holiday weekend and we know emergency maintenance was not an option.. However, someone should have come out to the property to substantiate and they did not. We made the best of it the weather was beautiful. We love Utah.

Owner response:Thanks for staying with us, we appreciated how nice you left it. We are very sorry a board or two on the deck was loose. We have since pulled them out and replaced them. We have thoroughly looked in the hot tub issue as it deeply concerns us that such a safety hazard occured. We have taken extreme measures, just short of complete replacement of the tub, to ensure this NEVER happens again. There was a slight adjustment of a ground that was causing static buildup. It is repaired. Thanks for your stay and comments!

We always have a wonderful time staying in this house when we come to Utah each year. The living room is so large and comfortable and we really appreciate the attention to detail, the owners took to make their quests feel welcome. We can send the kids downstairs to play foosball and we can enjoy relaxing upstairs. Great family getaway and so affordable.

great accommodations, thank you! This was our 4th time renting a home from VRBO and once again, very pleased. We had a good time. We liked the hot tub, and the extra space for the kids to hang out in the basement. We were impressed with your creativity on use of space to maximize the sleeping capacity. I could not beleive it when I noticed the ottoman folded out into a bed. How cute! You guys were great to work with and we appreciate it! Thank you

Thanks you guys for a great trip. It was a great chance for us to get away and we had never rented a house before. It was a first for us and we will NEVER go back to traditional hotel. This house was great and as advertised which we appreciated! My wife loved it so much she wants to come see her family more. I don't know how I feel about that, but if she's happy, great! Thanks

Our group had a pleasant experience staying in this home in Murray. We wished the TV would not have had a problem when we arrived, but appreciated timely service when we called in. It fit our needs great and we enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and the hot tub at night with each other was fun too! Thanks Brad, we will be back next year.

Great location right next to the main freeway. We were able to go to the ski resorts and to downtown Salt Lake in 10 minutes either way. We were surprised to learn how fast it is to get around in the valley. We enjoyed the location and the large private backyard and hot tub. Thanks!

We ski all over the western USA. We have stayed at Tahoe, Mammoth, Banff, Park City, and many other ski destinations. Never have we been more comfortable and satisfied with with our accommodations than we were with this home and the concierge service. We LOVED our stay. The only thing we wished we would have had was a bar of soap and an extra towel. Other than that, it was a dream stay. Highly recommend.

We love Utah! We have always stayed downtown at the Marriot. This year we wanted something new because wehad more people and wanted to be together. We are glad we found this company, Utah's Best Vacation Rentals because we were able to all be together and as a result, one of my friends got enganged to a woman he met in Utah during our stay. We stayed in this home with our 3 children. We enjoyed the central location and the hot tub. It made it a nice vacation for us. I don't know if we could have found anything so full of private amenities in a hotel for the amazing price. It made for a great week in Utah. Thanks so much.

What a lovely home. We were amazed at how close to the freeway we were and truely felt pampered. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the beds were as well. My old bones sure appreciated the comfort. This home was larger than we needed but was all we could get at the last minute. Our grandchildren were able to all visit us and used the Hot Tub.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE AND I JUST HAD TO GET AWAY FOR A FEW WEEKS. FORTUNATELY I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS HOME AND THIS CONCEPT BEFORE I WENT TO A STUPID HOTEL. I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I DID BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MY MARRIAGE MAY HAVE BEEN SAVED BECAUSE OF THIS HOUSE. I HAVE A COUPLE KIDS THAT WERE ABLE TO COME WITH ME. THEY HAD AN ABSOLUTE BLAST IN THE AMAZING HOT TUB AND PLAYING FOOSBALL. IT WAS LIKE A FULL FLEDGE VACATION. THE MATTRESSES WERE THE MOST COMFORTABLE I'VE EVER, EVER SLEPT ON IN MY LIFE & I ENDED UP BUYING ONE A NEW QUEEN MATTRESS JUST LIKE THEM BECAUSE OF IT. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG BEFORE MY HUSBAND AND I WERE TALKING ABOUT THE HOME AND WE ALL STARTED STAYING THERE. WE EXTENDED OUR STAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL WEEK. I CAN'T THANK THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ENOUGH. WE WILL BE COMING BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN. WOW!!!!!
