Judy has gone overboard to make her home comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and loved being able walk across the street to take long walks on the beach with our labs. Her townhome is really convenient to most everything you would want in Fernandina. We are used renting homes through VRBO and often find it necessary to drag necessities along with us. Not so here, Judy's townhome is well stocked and you will find that the only thing you need to buy is food!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

Exotic and inviting!

This condo was just what we needed! The surroundings were incredible! It was like a magical jungle all around us. The unit we stayed in was so well stocked. PLENTY of beach toys and accessories. The beds were very comfortable. We had pretty much everything we needed right there in the unit. The owners have the place decorated in such a charming way! Truly loved the decor! Last, the price was great! We got so much more than what we paid for!! We also received our deposit in our mailbox less than a week after we got home. We have every intention to return to THIS CONDO for our future trips to Fernandina Beach/ Amelia Island. The sooner the better! P.S. The owner is so friendly and very accommodating. She truly wants to help, however she can, to make your visit the best it can be.

This condo was so well equipped and decorated that it was more like visiting friends than renting. The location is covenient to the beach, restaurants and a short drive to the historic district for evenings. The complex was well maintained and the pool was a treat in the afternoons after a day at the beach. This was the perfect place for our family vacation.

Judy's motto is 'just relax' and her condo on Amelia Island makes relaxing easy. The condo is well maintained and stocked with virtually everything we needed for our week's stay. Add a grandchild and our dog and we did relax. Judy is great to work with. Her listing is accurate so there are no surprises. The extras like beach gear, restaurant recommendations, internet, etc. make this rental the right choice. Thanks Judy!

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary in June 2010 and it was wonderful. The pictures of this condo are great but don't do it justice. The condo was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. It was very comfortable and truly a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking any type meal and the bed we slept in was great. The beach is only two blocks away so you are there in no time and several restaurants are right down the road as well. Mrs. Stettler even had us a very nice bottle of champagne in the refrigerator to celebrate our anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We are definitely planning on coming back next year.

Such a lovely place! Comfortable, cozy and a great location so close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Judy has provided all the finishing touches you need for a great vacation, it was so convenient to have all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys waiting for us in the closets when we arrived. Judy was also such a pleasure to deal with, always prompt in responding to emails and such a sweetheart. If you're planning on going to the beach, you need to stay here (just not at the same time when I plan on going again)! Thanks Judy!

Home away from home!

Our family has stayed at this lovely condo multiple times and it is truly a home away from home. The place is very comfortable, absolutely spotless, and well stocked with any amenity you'd want or need. There are plenty of things to do on Amelia and this is a very convenient and secure place to access everything- and especially so- you are just a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The owners have amassed well organized set of maps, brochures, restaurant menus and handy tips and hints for having a great vacation. They are wonderfully helpful in answering any questions you may have and have the place tastefully decorated in a relaxing beach theme! The linens and towels are especially luxurious- so when you come in from a day at the beach it is very easy to clean off and unwind as you decide which great place you want to go to for dinner! You will definitely love this place and like us- will have a hard time going home! Enjoy!

Absolutely great!!! Everything was clean and felt like home. Only need to take your clothes, EVERYTHING else is provided for the beach. Quiet and kids loved riding bikes around the circle. We loved Judy!

This is a very comfortable, nicely furnished condo. It is located near anything and everything you could need on vacation. Watch out for the speed bumps!

This home is amazingly priced for how close it is to the beach. It was only a four minute walk for us from the front of condo entrance to the ocean! Our two dogs had a fabulous time playing in the surf and tidal pools. Everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach is provided. What a fabulous hostess! We will definitely return next spring, if not sooner.

Thank you for providing us with a clean, comfortable home with all the conveniences of home. Blondie (our golden retriever) had a wonderful time jumping waves and meeting beach friends. We were delighted with the space and location. We rode our bikes to the YMCA and walked Blondie around the neighbourhood. Good location, and we will return.

The condo was perfect for our "mini family get-together". The complex is very attractive, well kept and the condo itself is in excellent condition. Everything was exactly as advertised. We are staying again this weekend and intend to use it anytime we're visiting the area if it is available.

I am so tickled to be the first to leave a comment about this wonderful property. As nice as the pictures are of this home, they do NOT do the home justice. Judy and Glen have made this home so comfortable and inviting! It has everything a vacation home needs. The pool was a added bonus and my son loved the play ground area.
