There's an upstairs loft/TV/DVD room for the kids. Master bedroom(king) is on the main floor with TV/DVD, private bathroom and walk in closet. Queen bedroom with TV, walk in closet and adjoining bathroom. Huge 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds.
*You can walk out the back door, down to the river and jump in your boat that is tied to our buoy and leave it in overnight (that will save you on launch fees)*
