This hip,cozy,and very COMFORTABLE beach home was decorated by the designers from Off the Beaten Path Design located in SC. No doilies or plastic flowers here..... The living room is exceedingly comfortable and features a down Kreiss sofa,a fold down sofa bed,plush pillows,leather ottoman,flat screen TV,cable, internet.
This home features a fabulous VIEW OF THE OCEAN, GOLF COURSE from living,dining rooms,master bedroom, and kitchen. 2 private and furnished patios for enjoying meals,your coffee and paper,a glass of wine while catching a breathtaking sunset over the water,or just listening to the trickle of the courtyard fountain while doing nothing....
There is a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and indoor glass dining table for four.Two large sliding doors in living room allow an ocean breeze inside. Downstairs has a 1/2 bath for your convenience.
The very comfortable and beach-inspired guest bedroom upstairs offers a full size pillow top mattress and new bedding. It also features a private outdoor deck/ retreat.We also have a connected one car garage and guest parking for our guest's convenience.The master bedroom offers ocean views,breezes,TV, and a great queen bed with memory foam topper.Professional beach art by a highly renowned local artist(Disney hotels,Sheratons,etc.) grace our walls.
If you are a swimmer,love to just sunbathe, or have children,this private community features 9 swimming POOLS: many with OCEAN VIEWS and just a 30 second walk from condo.The community of Presidential Heights is very private and really well maintained.Private security patrols at night to ensure safety and quiet.There are walking paths throughout and the 18 hole golf course is a 2 min. drive down the hill. The golf course's outdoor restaurant is great, good prices, huge firepit,ocean views, and a mean Margarita.All while watching golfers on the driving range.
San Clemente has great outdoor cafes,fine dining,taverns,shopping,a beach trail, a farmers market every Sun.The people are small-town friendly and the spectacular family/surf beaches can't be beat! We are 5 min.to downtown,5 min.to Tresle's Beach parking lot,7 min.to pier,2 min.to golf,10 min.to world famous San Onofre surf beach,15 min.to Dana Point Harbor for shopping,deep sea fishing,going to the sealife museum, or renting kayaks,Seadoos.We are 20 min.to Laguna Beach, 25 min.to Legoland,45 min.to Disneyland,and 1hr.to downtown San Diego and Seaworld.
We want our guests to have a great stay and we try our best to give them what they need and even what they don't expect. Cashier's Check, or Money Order. 10% Lodging Tax.
Cancellations subject to service charge & within 60 days of stay MAY be forfeited.
