I have to say, the most beautiful vacation time I had so far in my life! Beautiful place, comfortable, easy access to everything, condo has everything you need for your stay, ckean, quiet, out of this world view. This is my favorite place from now on... I love it, love it, love it!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This is a great condo just steps from the beach! We absolutely loved being able to walk across the street and be on the beach. Condo comes with an umbrella and chairs to use which made relaxing on the beach even better. Condo building is quiet and laundry is just outside the front door. Thank you Dick and Nancy for the kind welcome gift and a lovely week at your condo! We'll definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Superb stay, tons of sun, great room and great beach. Dick and Nancy made us quite comfortable. Next time I will avoid the spring breakers although they weren't that bad.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: We are a family orientated complex and spring breakers are discouraged from renting. The Key as a whole does not have many spring breakers.

After vacationing on Siesta Key for 20+ years we've finally found the perfect place! Even though there were record breaking low temps the first few days of our stay, this condo has all the requirements for a wonderful winter get-away. The condo is beautifully decorated, updates galore (with a gorgeous marble shower) kept in immaculate condition, and everything you want is provided for a relaxing stay. The patio, even on a cool day, is still warm and wonderful for relaxing with a glass of wine, reading, or people watching. You also have a great view of the amazing sunsets, beach and water! For those warmer days, the condo is just steps away from the beach with the best sand ever....literally like powdered sugar. The owners go out of their way to make your stay one of a kind! Never before have we been greeted with such hospitality!! This is certainly where we'll return again and again. We reluctantly give this condo a 5 star rating.....simply because we're alittle selfish and would like to keep this JEWEL a secret!! Thank you, owners ~ for our best vacation EVER! We will be back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
