The best about our property -is the very spacious terrace with outdoor a grill top bar-b-q and bar fridge. We sit on the terrace talk about the days adventures and watch the sunset over the ocean every evening. Just great!

We live in Vancouver Canada, and my wife and I selected Puerto Vallarta to have vaction home. Vallarta is a great place, the local people are extremely friendly, the weather is incrediable, restaurants are superb. It's a little taste of Europe right in our own backyard. The dollar goes a long way and it's tough to beat a better place in the sun
