Your home away from home is a 2000 sq foot, fully furnished up-stairs suite with big windows, lots of sunshine and a view of the mountains. It is brand new -- totally remodeled, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpet, new paint, new light fixtures and new furniture. This place is immaculate.
We are located one block from Washington Park and are very close to downtown, Cherry Creek, the DTC tech center, etc.

We came to town for a softball tournament...and we couldn't be happier with this rental. Perfectly nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood, one block from Washington Park...this condo was ideal. It's clean, remodeled, comfortable and convenient to everything you could want. Chad (Manager) was great...and Dexter (Chad's dog) was definitely an added bonus! He adopted us when we got there and provided hours of entertainment for our 7 year old. We would highly recommend this place...and we will be back next year. Only negative...you do have to go up stairs to get to the unit, so if that's a problem, this isn't the condo for you.
