Our "Calabay Castle" - a great place to vacation & relax! - Haines City, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake Vacation Rental, With Private Pool/Hot Tub, Wireless Internet, Near Orlando Area Attractions. This villa is not just a vacation rental, it is our home for part of the year and we just LOVE it! We want our guests to love it too!! We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible! The layout is wonderful for a single family, but with two separated Master Suites (each suite has a private bathroom, walk-in closet & a private door leading out to the pool area!), plus two additional bedrooms for the kids - it is PERFECT for more than one family. Between the pool area, the two Living Rooms and the Game Room, there is room enough for everyone -and an activity for everyone!! Amenities: * There are 6 televisions in the Villa, four of which have DVD players. There is a TV in every bedroom, and one in each of the two Living Rooms. * There is a portable CD player to take your music where you want it to be. * Master Suite #1, Living Room #1 & the Lanai all have ceiling fans * There is a Brita water filter on the kitchen sink so you won't have to purchase bottled water. * The garage has been converted into a Game Room. It includes a Ping-Pong table, Air Hockey table, an Electronic Dart Board and a large selection of table games. * The rear of the Villa backs up to a large common area that provides privacy for the pool area. * The pool has a security fence all the way around it. * There is a swimming pool basketball hoop & ball available * Bamboo shades have been installed around the pool screen to provide further privacy if desired. * Wireless internet is available, but please bring your own laptop computer. One of the best assets of this Villa is it's nearness to many, many theme parks. However, after spending the day in a crowded park, it is wonderful to get away from the hordes of people and the lines. You can dine & shop with no lines, no waiting! Some of the nearby attractions are: * Disney World is just a quick & easy 18 minute drive * Busch Gardens is 63 miles southwest * Universal Studios is 28 miles northeast * Gatorland is 27 miles northeast * Cypress Garden Adventure Park is 15 miles south * Discovery Park is 24 miles northeast * The Holy Land Experience is 30 miles northeast * Wet & Wild is 26 miles northeast * Kennedy Space Center is 76 miles east * Champions Gate Golf Course is 5 miles northeast * Southern Dunes Golf Course is a half mile south * Many miniature Golf Course are just east on Hwy 192 And much more! Our Villa is located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which is a gated community. The lake offers fishing, both off the dock & by boat.
