A fantastic city - we were slightly nervous for the first day or so - not sure where to go and the transport system can be confusing. However, after a time you settle down and the whole experience comes together. Great sights, great food and really friendly people. The apartment was better than expected - quite cold the first night now warmed up. Music appreciated althought the cd player is a bit faulty. All in all a wonderful experience - we may be back but it's a big world out there!

I can only add to the comments already made from the previous guest. The apartment was superb. The view is definitely breath taking. While we are not young in age, we are young in mind & heart and found this city a wonderful delight. We met many friendly people at shops and bars. The walk, always an adventure filled with many joyous experiences. The small narrow passage ways reminded us a lot of our trip to Venice, Italy which we enjoyed. I can say that we leave sadly but take with us many happy memories... I hope other who come, will take advantage of the trolleys and buses to explore this city and surrounding suburbs. For those coming and staying here, take trollye #12 from town square to get you close to this apartment, a little exploring will be required to find the exact location to get off, but it's not hard to figure it out, once you get around. Thanks so much for the hospitality shown to us and for all the memories we take with us.

I understand "saudade" now I'm back home. Can't wait to go back. Apartment 047 has the best view I've ever had. It's a place I would recommend to all. But that would result in it being occupied all the time, leaving no place for me. So: don't go there!! You'll end up with a addiction!! My wife sometimes had to draw me from the balcony to go downtown. Great: That's all I can say about the way the Salovani-Travellingtolisbon team works

We booked for the view but found so much more… Filipa, our contact, provided a passionante overview of this beautiful city! Her recommendations for beautiful places to paint (I am an artist) were perfect and we truly enjoyed this apartment. Cet apartment, Ce quartier, cette ville sont un enchantement permanent pour les yeux. La vue exceptionnelle de Costa do Castello est un grand bonheur et le confort et la functonalité de cet appartment font qu´on n´a pas du tout envie de communiquer l´adresse, on souhaite garder tout cela dans son jardin secret.
