THe pool table was missing some balls and the sticks were broken, that was a bummer. But, we called and the owner fixed them the next day, so we could use it, that was nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with pots and pans for cooking, we really liked staying in a home instead of a hotel. We really liked it!

Nice house, lots of rooms, plenty of space to spread out and be all together. The yard was huge with a playground for the little ones and a nice hot tub. we really enjoyed! Thansk for a great time guys.

Nice house, it had a ton of beds in the basement (3 bedrooms) and the pool table was nice. It was missing a few balls, so we called the owner and he had his staff come right out within an hour or so to get them to us, that was nice to see. The home was well kept, the beds were nice and comfortable, we had a shortage of towels, but we brought some more people than originally planned, and family stopped by too and that was nice. We will come again, thanks for a great stay.

Great house, plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub, the large backyard was fun for the kids to play and we really liked our stay. The home was right by the convention center we needed to be and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Thanks for a great stay Brad.

Loved our stay in november. Great owner, very helpful, gave us a great deal for our whole family, and we were able to spend the holidays together for the first time in over 12 years. It was a memorable time. I miss it already. The home was perfect and we are so glad we found it. The basement space made it fun for the kids to play pool and watch TV, and the large kitchen with island was nice to put out food for everyone to come and go as they please, to eat, and mingle and talk. I highly recommend staying here, the service was great too (tv didn't work, called, John came out within 1 hr). Greta job guys!

Very Accommodating Family Reunion

We had rented this home 4 months in advance and when we saw the previous review we got nervous. We called the owner to discuss the matters, and were told detailed information about the home and what "really" happened. We felt comfortable proceeding. We are glad we did. When we arrived, we were pleased to see a beautiful large home (albeit not brand new, but nice) on a dead end street. We found it to be as advertised. The kitchen was clean, Brad, the owner of the company and of this home was extremely helpful, volunteering information I did not expect from someone who the past reviewer claimed to have been. My family LOVED the back yard, hot tub, and the rooms were nice too. I don't know if they remodeled before we came or not, but the A/C worked fine (2 hot days), and the tub was totally spotless (no hairs), and we hung 3 towels on the towel racks and they held solid...Not sure what happened before, but we thoroughly enjoyed being with our family in this larger home and would highly recommend it for any group or family looking to stay affordably.

Please do not rent this home. The people managing it are not to be trusted. We have rented with VRBO many times and not had any trouble until we rented this place. Please save your money. The house was listed as new and it was not. The floor was extremely dirty with crumbs all over. There were many flies in the house. The house way to hot and the air conditioner or fans did not work. The bathtub was dirty with hairs all over. The towel rack fell off the wall. When we tried to contact the people managing the home, they would not and still have not called us back. We tried to contact them four days in a row with no return phone calls even though we left messages with there partners and secretaries.
Owner response:Not to be trusted? Sometimes certain guests use VRBO reviews to paint a picture to people that is so "nasty" and "untrustworthy" because of indifferences they feel they experienced. Myself & my company dealt with the complaints this guest had as best we could. I will NOT allow an individual to question my character when I have thousands of guests stay in my many homes each year who call or write me thanking me for my help, my honesty, and service, and thanks for saving them thousands in lodging they would otherwise have spent with other owners who are much more expensive. There is ALWAYS 2 sides to every story. Having rented from VRBO "many times" as this guests states, seems to imply self-imposed entitlement she felt she deserved. Every home and city is different, so how could being a regular traveler using VRBO for lodging give this guest the feeling that the same standards she is/was used to apply here? Truth is, I try VERY hard to please every guest, but sometimes, guests will not accept my efforts, dismissing completely what "really" happened, and attempting to degrade my character to support their position, just to get others to "NOT RENT FROM ME". To not return phone calls as was stated here is absolutely a lie. Not only did we try to return calls, but we also worked around the clock to solve problems encountered. The air conditioner needed a part we could not fix within the small window of time they demanded. We tried, but was very difficult. To say they "tried" to contact me or my company for 4 days without return calls is completely inaccurate. Truth is, we had issues resolved within our control as fast as we could, but their trip was already so tainted, the last resort was to drag my name through the mud, using VRBO as their medium. If a guest wishes to test the truthfulness and accuracy of this review, TRY ME. Give me a chance and see what I do to deliver. Not only will you get a home for 2x less than a home this size would cost anywhere else, but you will also get personal check-in service, vacation planning assistance, discount ski passes, and personal care and guest services, at NO extra charge. That's who I really am. Anyone who can own 35 homes/condos and stay in business for over 15 years with thousands of repeat guests each year, with an A rating from BBB must be someone you can trust right? You be the judge.
