The area abounds with great outdoor appeal for the person that wants to spend days hiking or just enjoy being away from the sounds of the city. The 3Amigos are three couples who come from Iowa. Two couples live in Green Valley and the other couple stay in "cold" Iowa until they can move down to "sunny" Arizona.

This is such a great Townhome. We love the gated community with all the amenities. It is close to Tubac, Tucson and Mexico. It gives us a quiet life which we all enjoy. The people in Green Valley are so wonderful and friendly. Great place to visit and live.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The acitivity center is just two blocks from the town home. An easy walk for swimming, playing cards, shooting pool, meet new friends, and learn new crafts. You will never be bored and you always feel relaxed in Green Valley.

We had the priviledge of staying in this townhouse for the past four months and it is just as nice as the pictures above show. We really enjoyed ourselves and came to realize that it is just the right size, not too big and not too small. The layout was perfect. The owners were very nice people and a pleasure to work with. Green Valley has all the necessities you could want and is close enough to numerous sightseeing places to visit. If you get a chance to rent this townhouse, by all means go for it. We loved it.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
