It is so relaxing here in Green Valley but there is plenty to do in the area. The Green Valley Recreation Center is 3 blocks from the house for swimming, exercising, cards, socializing and to learn new hobbies and meet new friends.

The area abounds with great outdoor appeal for the person that wants to spend days hiking or just enjoy being away from the sounds of the city. We had a wonderful week at this condo. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The owners were helpful with questions and came over to visit to make sure we had everything we needed. This is completely furnished, neat, clean, close to walking path and golf course. Beautiful setting and easy access to surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful oasis.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had the priviledge of staying in this townhouse for the past four months and it is just as nice as the pictures above show. We really enjoyed ourselves and came to realize that it is just the right size, not too big and not too small. The layout was perfect. The owners were very nice people and a pleasure to work with. Green Valley has all the necessities you could want and is close enough to numerous sightseeing places to visit. If you get a chance to rent this townhouse, by all means go for it. We loved it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

About the owner: The 3Amigos are three couples who come from Iowa. Two couples live in Green Valley and the other couple stay in "cold" Iowa until they can move down to "sunny" Arizona.
Why the Owner Chose Springs at Santa Rita:
This is such a great Townhome. We love the gated community with all the amenities. It is close to Tubac, Tucson and Mexico. It gives us a quiet life which we all enjoy. The people in Green Valley are so wonderful and friendly. Great place to visit and live.

The acitivity center is just two blocks from the town home. An easy walk for swimming, playing cards, shooting pool, meet new friends, and learn new crafts. You will never be bored and you always feel relaxed in Green Valley.
