One bedroom Condo on 2nd floor of a two story building. Short 5-7 min walk to Sugar white Sand of Gulf of Mexico or if you like ride our bikes to the resort's Beach entrance and walk over to the beach. Beach house is owned by the Condo association and has it's own pool directly on the beach. The Beach house is free for your use and has a 2nd level deck by the pool for sunning or just to watch the sun set. The beach is a private beach with lifeguards who rent cabanas and umbrellas if you want. Also available are sailboats and skidoos.
The Beach house has restrooms, a snack bar and a covered shady area when you get tired of the sun and just want to relax and watch the kids play in the pool. Limited parking at the beach house.
Our condo is available for 7 day rentals in the summer and monthly in Nov-May. Check our rates, you won't find a more economical stay in PCB with all the amenities that are included at no extra charge.
