Our condo is located in a three unit building that sits along the banks of the San Juan River, with outstanding views of the San Juan Mountain Range and the San Juan River, as well as a preserved estuary where ducks and geese live! View the river, mountains, and estuary from two of your private decks.
Our condominium sleeps 6-8 people and includes one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. There is a gas fireplace in the family room framed in travertine, which adds to the ambiance. Settle into our comfortable sofa next to the fireplace and watch geese fly by as you listen to the sounds of the river.
The riverside-condo features a large dining room table which seats eight people, a gourmet kitchen, an top of the line amenities throughout such as plush carpeting, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi tub, laundry-room, and heated garage. The condo includes two HD televisions with DVD players.
Also enjoy the gazebo and common area with a BBQ grill/patio, and tables. Don't forget the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs is just five minutes away if you want to relax in one of their many pools.
The condo is a perfect retreat because of its secluded and desirable location. It is close to the downtown area and the hot springs, and is nestled along the banks of the San Juan River where you can find shopping and dining within walking distance or spend an afternoon fly-fishing on the river.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and a very comfortable place to stay. The only problem (minor) we had with this particular place was the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot during the week we were there and even with all of the windows open it could get quite toasty in the upstairs areas in the heat of the day. Other than that this place was perfect. The traffic at night is quite brisk and Im not talking cars. We would sit on the balcony at night and watch deer and what I think was a lynx or a very large bobcat walk by. This place is awesome and I would not hesitate to rent it again.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
