Community amenities include: private island, 18 lighted clay tennis courts, fully equipped and staffed fitness center, complimentary canoes and kayaks for exploring Estero Bay, and sailboats. We provide two bikes to explore the other neighborhoods of Pelican Landing.
Newly renovated condo sleeps 4-8 and features king size master suite; queen size second bedroom with adjacent full bath; queen size Murphy bed in the den plus convertible couch in living room for extra sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped with many extras. The community pool, club house and gas grill are across the street. Full size washer and dryer are in unit. Screened lanai overlooks nature preserve of Spring Creek River. Entertainment center contains flat screen cable TV, DVD and surround sound music system. Everything is included for elegant, comfortable resort living. Sorry, the Pointe Community Condo Association does not allow pets.
